I ask myself the same thing every month, since I weigh my vote based on photo quality as the only criterion. At first I was confused by peoples' voting habits, as they seem rather arbitrary to me. It seems I have a more narrow concept of a winning image than others do. It's a fine line between saying "what the fuck?" and offending someone.

And when some of the sponsors don't even follow through with prizes, makes me wonder why this thing keeps going.

Pray tell @NaturalTherapy Has there been some skullduggery on coming thru with the prize? PM me with details......

To all others that responded to my whining, thanks I do appreciate each and every one of you and helping me to see things from others perceptions. Sometimes I am too "Literal" I have to remeber that there is nothing black ne white but shades of grey in between. I love you all , and there aint a dang thing you can do about that. LOL

Great images everyone, Jump I'll have to agree yours is sharp and well composed. I don't recall seeing the contest criteria upon what images are judged upon here. In all my years I've seen fat and chunky win over image qualities many a time especially when members are voting. Good luck everyone...

You can take these kind of things to costco and have them blown up and put on canvas for about 25 bucks,this is a great candidate for it,my wife does it all the time.Congrats on the win.
