Well done man I'm having another crack at it myself started this morning lol cravings are pretty mild but I have had a few pure joints today's and a fair few dabs too lol
Man, I'm tellin' ya, cravings actually pass pretty damn quickly if you decide to just wait a minute and see how you feel, as long as you're not just sitting there focusing on it. :nailbiting:
It's just been so much a part of everything in my life that I'm constantly being reminded because with every move I make I have that instinct to reach for my cigarettes first. :banghead:
I need to feel better though, need to be able to breath again. I've certainly regained my appetite already, something that's been pretty long absent, I'll probably get too fat to be able to move myself and have to start again to drop weight! lmao :woot:

Last year I was abroad for a few months and the cost of cigs was $4 a pack so I was smoking 30-40 cigs everyday but I also went swimming twice a week and was swimming ~1.5 miles every time by the end and I never breathed better in my life BUT as soon as I got back and stopped exercising my lungs hurt and I'm smoking 20 a day now.

The benefits of exercise AND quitting are going to be 2 fold and you will definetely lose weight.
I recommend swimming it's good exercise, low impact on the joints and exercises so many different muscles at once. Or just walking more when my brothers dog died he gained 2 stone and his chest was getting bad (He smokes to but not as many as me) when he got another dog the weight dropped straight off him just from walking the dog my bro's 10 years older than me in his late 40's when it gets much harder to keep the weight off.
