you could keep them in pots, just much bigger all im saying ,go to feed store or wally world get some them huge totes or feed buckets, first couple years in them would be a great transplant when you ready, just a little harder, keep this in mind, dont spend a lot of money on them, when you transplant, them, you will have to do like i did transplanting my bell peppers,i had to cut pot down sides on quarters and then transplanted to resting spot
Yeah i use old potato sacks bro, i roll them down, so i can roll them up and get more space. plus they can be put in the ground in the bags, simples, I do however plant in to a rich fungally loaded media which i know to be @ 5:1 before i bother. This is how I get trees from saplings in 2-3 years not 5 these ones I planted up in the UK from cuttings this is year three and they are ready.:)

Some new tester plants..

As you can see these was on the Lowes clearance racks.. Multiple different peppers and tomato I believe.. Will update on each specific one as we see them recover from poor care.. Nothing a little love and care can't fix..

Bio Balance Media
Root Better--
Dusting on roots.

They are praying to hell. Poor wilted girls from lack of care by Lowes...

Tisk Tisk...

Thanks for letting me lurk around for a bit.
Sorry for the (Like ) bombs.
This is a very good thread ,thank you for starting this. I have been interested in going straight organics, and I'm enjoying reading on @Ecompost products.
Keep this great thread growing.

fruits trees like apples like a fungally dominant soil, aim for 5:1 F:B and they will be happy. Dont feed grown trees, they make their own food just fine and dandy, but use stuff to get them there quicker. Root Better has glomus that relate to apple trees specifically, also included are all of the bacteria we found associated with said glomus on all the apple tree roots we sampled both here in Esti, In Belgium, France and the UK. You'd be surprised how little this varies :)

That is awesome.. Thanks for teaching me more as always Master Padawan.. This is stuff I would never know otherwise..

Aka: blinded by commercially driven ad's/information on da interwebs.. :D

I love me some(Like bombs).. :D LOL it just means a good image is getting spread.. :) We can only help each other in the long run.. :D

Thank you for stopping by and if you have any questions or want to share more of your great plants don't hesitate..

All of us have love for plants as a whole.. No matter what kind.

If I don't know the answer I have friends that can fix most plant issues in in any media. The organic way of course :D

How many parts in this line of nutes ?
STR8
Hello Str8, simple answer is we have 3 main liquid products. Bio Veg, Bio Floret and K+AMINO.

1. Bio Veg is an 8-7-7 NPK with a mass of ocean minerals, vitamins, amino acids, trace elements, every thing you need to grow most plants across the entire cycle if you wanted really simple growing. It high power so a little with each irrigation helps to keep things moving and plants happy.

2. Next we have Bio Floret, 3-0-8 100% vegan this is a late bloom feed, so in our system you use Bio Veg until your plants stop its stretch in bloom, once it has stopped growing up and out and is focused on the flower growth, we switch to Bio Floret. Bio floret is an amino acid fermented full sugar complex with carbon14 and bloom cycle positive bio stims. Its for building high Brix.

3. On top of the two base liquids above, we have an additive and plant/media inoculate called K+AMINO. This is a 1-0-6 but its packed to the rafters with beneficial microbes, it is a full cycle feed, can be mixed with all other base products and should be applied bi weekly for best impact, up to week 6 bloom.
If you grow harvested fruits and veg, you can use it before harvest to prolong the shelf life by restricting the accumulation of ethylene gases, eg once you pick your fruits, you can keep them fresher for longer. K+AMINO can also be used to grow any plant, from MJ to potato, to orchids and oak trees. It has both gram negative and gram positive bacteria and 3 wild strains of trichoderma and other aerobic yeast, molds and beneficials such as pro biotics. This is the BOX difference mate, our liquid treatments are all wild microbes, not lab grown. They have existed together and with plants and so have resonance not possible in lab grown versions. BOX is no biological jet lag. These microbes work the minute you pour them and they reproduce and crazy rates, doubling colony size every 2 hours in good environments. it can be used to restore poor soils and is 100% vegan.
it contains microbes whose secondary metabolites stimulate Innate Systemic Response to pest and weather related stresses, this has the added benefit on MJ of producing dense trichome coverage and the related essential oils are also boosted.

Thats the base, on top of this we have a number of tweaks, products to tune the media, the plant, the environment these are:
A) Bio Media Pro- bacteria inoculate for soil-less and sterile media (powder) used before planting to insure beneficial microbes are preparing the media for planting. This is a one off treatment typically, but it can be used to boost microbe populations in event of prolonged system stress. EG drought etc.
B) Root Better - This is the foundation of our system. it contains beneficial root fungus and related bacteria, this is used at a rate of 1g per plant, it can be added as a one off treatment to seeds or transplants. This product is a powder.
C) Bio Media Balance - Soil and plant system balancing humates and organic acids, used bi weekly in heavily irrigated soils, contains natural K at 10% and is a powder (can be used as a foliar or drench) Can be mixed but take care of the high K when using with Bio Floret for example.
D) Bio Balance Foliar - A plant and media balancing organic acid, for media with an acidic preference, applied bi weekly, can be mixed with all other products, great at increasing Oxygen in the root zone too (can be used as a foliar and a drench) This product is a powder
E) Nano Breathe - CO2 boosting powder, applied every 3-4 weeks or every 20% new shoot growth which ever comes first. Boost photon carrying so helps your plants process more light. This is the only CO2 product that can be used outside and in. it is 1tsp per 2.2 pints US or 5g per L if Metric. This is a visual product, so dont be tempted to over spray it. :-)
F) Bio Hydrate - Organic wetting agent and penetrator.

Supplemental we have some additional plant feed liquids for when you really rock out organics and want to tweak your plants with greater levels of granularity.
These are:
Bio RootPlus - This is a Chtin based carbohydrate feed, similar to root tonics found on the market, but with the added benefits of enabling faster Myco colonization, higher rates of trichome density and increased ISR, helps maintain media acidity used from day 7 of growth to day 21 bloom
Bio iNititate a carbon and amino acid high N feed 5-0-2. Great for hungry plants that are young, and have been treated with Root Better. The low P means the use does not impact or slow root colonization. This is great for plants in spring and acts as a great anti freeze when applied as a foliar before the 1st frosts, good for plants that like acid condtions.
Bio PK - A PK boosting liquid used weeks 5-6 if not using Bio veg and need late P inputs, Contains specialized Phosphate and Potassium solubising bacteria

Sorry for the long reply but I hope this helps. We like everyone have a long list, but for beginners, we recommend Root Better, Bio Veg, Bio Floret. If you want an add K=AMINO is the easiest to use, and offers the most bang for bucks, with all major elemental solubising microbes and some awesome pathogen inhibitors and environmental assistants.
if you have any questions do ask mate, i will try to keep the length and complexity down unless you say otherwise. They arent hard to use, just the science of exactly what each does is overwhelming to new comers, its all the latin and long microbes names etc LOL

Thank you for your response!
It is a lot of scientific stuff to take in,but I get the jist of it.
STR8

I feel ya on that completely.. Hope you stick around and it will get easier in time.. I came from synthetics only and slowly over time I took notes and bookmarked everything and then my time changed from surfing Bud Porn to Microbes and Organic Farming..

If you are like me then you will get so excited when certain things click and tell your neighbor then your neighbors neighbor and they give you weird looks like why are you talking to me about microbes.. haha maybe not my neighbor, but fellow growers hahaha.

Oh don't get me started on Comcast.. They are scum to there customers and no one should be treated like that..

I seen your girls they look great and will recover just fine. :D

Yeah Eco can go over my head on some things, but just make sure to not be bashful or embarrassed to ask any questions..

Believe me we all got to start somewhere.. I have asked some pretty silly questions and he and others took the time to help me.. Now I will help with what I can and source my homie @Ecompost and other crew members for stuff out of my league.. LOL
