That's a damn fine looking meal right there! That's my kind of meal, I might've done my seasonings a bit different but, I have simple tastes when it comes to my seafood, it seems like all that stuff you added to it would mask the natural flavor too much. But again, I have simple tastes with these things.

A while back I had some lobsters sent to gnome and he asked me about how I'd cook them and I said I'd just steam them up and eat the meat dipping it in some melted butter.
Of course he did the sensible thing and made this big meal with them and spread it out well.
Growing up around the ocean and having lobsters around all the time so that you could fairly often sit and eat just lobster meat and get full on it without having to worry about stretching it out with other stuff makes it easy to jump to doing it that way for me because I like to keep the natural flavor. I don't even use butter with my steamed lobsters anymore, I use just a little of the juice that'll come out of the claws and tail for dipping the meat into, such an awesome flavor! We just had a few the other day actually, my father in-law brought a few over.

There's a place I know of here on the coast that ships fresh seafood anywhere in the continental US overnight. You can go right on their website and order a bunch of different seafood and it's all top quality, gnome got fresh, live lobsters overnight, he said they were still nice and lively when they got there too.

I seem to carry on an awful lot lately when I post. wtf
