an ideas how i could flush my plants through bearing in mind i can't pick them up and move them around and they are in auto pot trays so quite little so not really able to put loads of water through without having to bail the water out of the tiny trays... can i just water through until bit of runoff then soak it up with a towel then repeat, would that be sufficient...:) oh they are in coco 60/40 pebbles..

Have u got access to top feed them. I would turn off the auto pot and probably top feed whilst flush

Why ph problems ???? Also the ph problems are they the 1s u have been bottom feeding ?

to be honest I'm not really sure I'm pretty much ocd about everything that i give my girls food is fresh mixed every day.. ph'd and ec'd . but last couple of weeks they have been yellowing quite quickly from bottom up leaves are a bit curled over with some copper spots and necrosis on some leaves... its not the ones being bottom fed either... its the three bigger plants... my only other thought was perhaps not enough n in veg. so maybe hungry they should have a few weeks left to go hope they make it ..:( I've not been watering till I've had much runoff either which I've been reading could be my problem, water just until I've been seeing something come out the bottom of the pot.. about 2 ltrs per pot then again when they feel light to lift...

At work we drill holes in stone, then rinse the dust out with water. Then duct tape a straw to the shop vac and suck out the water so we can epoxy in stainless steel bolts to hang them.

when hand watering I always do the lift test some will pretty much always drink more than others check the ph and ec of your run off it should be no more than 10% of what it was before it went in that will give u a gd indication of what's going on maybe check the colour of your roots also hope this helps Bro

thanks dude will check but as far as i can see got white roots popping out the top of the pot will try have a look see if I can check the underside too... and will do a ph check later if i can to check runoff... thanks bud..:D

I've just been and done a watering the two that were yellowing look like they have picked up a little bit, i upped their food yesterday and they seem a bit happier. gave the same upped food to the other one not looking to great, and think it may have been a bit too hot for that one, foods going in at 5.9 and my runoff is 6.4ish i think does that sound about right?, so basically all my bitches are being finicky and one in my little cupboard decided to pop a few nanners too... fucking little bastards... nanners that is... prob my fault possible light leak, my main room is much more light tight.. nearly done though and all in all looking pretty good...;)

If you're putting in 5.9 and getting out 6.4, your medium is at 6.9 theoretical. This might be a bit too high for majority of the plants if you're in soil. If you're not in soil, then your pH is way too high. They perk up at higher feed regiment because they're able to pick up more food but your medium on the other hand is getting more and more saturated with nutrients and is gonna make your pH go bad really quickly.

You need to readjust your feeding regiment.

ok cool still getting used to growing in coco i shall start them on lower food with correct ph and start flushing them through every day with that weaker strength feed till i get some runoff. hopefully they will level themselves out..or is there another way that is better.. thanks toast....;)
