Hell no I say..
Prison for life....
So you would shoot to kill?Fuck that
Trespassing for 1
Stealing other people's property 2
They got what they deserved.
Fuck thrives
If your old enough to do crimes, your old enough to pay the price.
This was a kid at my house 17-20 years old cops never found him.I was recently awakened at 3am by my dogs. I went to the front sliding glass door there was a guy trying to break into my house. I yelled at him to get the fuck out of here through the glass door. He looks at me with a blank look on his face inches from my face. Then he attempts to break the window with his fists and still tries to open the door he wouldn't stop. I run and grab my s/w 9mm yell at my wife to call 911. Run back to the door and proceed to tell him to leave he was absolutely out of his mind and would not stop. I raised my pistol to his forehead and taped on the glass with the end of the barrel inches from his forehead and yell leave or else, he looks up straight at the barrel stops turns and stumbles away off my property.
I would not have been justified killing this man at this point unless he had broken in and I felt me or my wife or my dogs lives were threatened. This man should have not used deadly force in this situation and he will pay the price if the court is just.
hopefully that kid had a brain. This was a kid at my house 17-20 years old cops never found him.
Only a coward would snipe kids stealing plants out of a backyardIf my family and or property were at risk, YES. With out hesitation. If said person was on my property, and had a weapon, YES. Now I wouldn't immediately shoot to kill, more or less render him or her unable to attack. Then if said person kept moving.forward, then it's game over .
So your saying you would have shot them???If my family and or property were at risk, YES. With out hesitation. If said person was on my property, and had a weapon, YES. Now I wouldn't immediately shoot to kill, more or less render him or her unable to attack. Then if said person kept moving.forward, then it's game over .
I think the scariest part of this story is that there aren't many people who own guns and know the laws that affect them. It is mind boggling to me that make my day was even mentioned as being related to this story."Make My Day" only comes into effect if they enter your residence and you are faced with deadly force. This wasn't even close.
As far as restricting grows in urban/highly populated areas...A 64 already dictates that any outdoor crop be contained in a fully lockable enclosure with 4 sides and a roof. Just having them in the open in your yard (locked gate or not) like this guy doesn't count and...as we are seeing here...makes it an illegal grow.
Another great example of how a "good guy" with a firearm can turn into a "bad guy" with a firearm when they start to think their gun ownership gives them the right to defend or protect themselves/others in >any and all< instances.
Nope. Sorry. Try again.
