My father in law got me busted monday night. Might be on very little here for a while. Felony cultivation no warrants. They broke my safe to get in it though so if im correct on the laws i might be able to get it dropped to misdemeanor or dismissed Sorry...

Sorry to hear about the rat problem and the situation. :) I will keep you in my thoughts and hope everything gets dismissed or at least a misdemeanor for you. When you decide to start growing in the future buddy just let us know and I am sure we can find some beans to get you back started.

heading to court in the morning, going to my moms tonight to see if I can get some help with a lawyer so I can have a lawyer that will actually try. I'm not gonna go in there and deny that I was growing but I am going to say the way they did it was wrong. they threatened jail to scare my wife into letting them in the house. I locked the doors on the way outside to talk to them. I don't know who unlocked it and let them in. they broke a safe that had some stuff in it.

Thank you for stoppin' by, Moto :) I need a little help- I explain the whole thing on my grow diary… you think I could get some input… this is really my first grow I know how to grow certain plants, but this is all new..

happy thanksgiving guys! hope you all have big plates!

they offered to drop to a misdemeanor, ten days in jail, and 365 days probation (just don't get in trouble, easy..) I'm gonna try and get them to let me do community service instead of jail. I go back monday morning. what yall think?

It's headed in the right direction at least. Community service is a great suggestion, if they don't bite maybe you can serve weekends. Hoping for the best outcome for you brotha
