yeah my father in law snitched me out. out of the people who knew excluding my friends here he was the only one that ever said, "you better watch out, all it takes is one person to call and say you are growing and you will get arrested." i watched him call right after he said, "im calling the police and telling them you are growing pot." he did it because we kicked him out of our house. over money.. he would have gotten arrested and i wouldnt have gotten busted if my wife would have let him hit me, and not let the police in. They broke into my safe when they were going through things, and found seeds and other stuff. do i have a chance at getting everything dismissed or maybe dropped to a misdemeanor over them breaking into my safe? im going to take my safe to a lawyer and show a lawyer that it is broke and doesnt work the same.the safe was closed and they didnt ask me to open it. i would have said not without a fucking warrant. i was aware as all hell when they were doing there search. they used fear tactics on my wife. i wasnt scared until she let them in the house.

the big thing is they broke into my safe. as far as i knew, they had to have separate warrants for locked safes. and cannot forcefully take your keys and try to open it. its a pin pad sentry (un)safe.

they almost left my grow lights so i could grow tomatoes still lol.
they handcuffed me in front of my kids after the leading investigators promised (and afterwords apologized to my wife) to handcuff me out side. they cuffed me so tight i lost feeling in my arms in the car. i had markings on my wrists until this morning. i still have pain in my entire left are. i think im going to the E.R. today to get a quick mri or xray of it.

like i said if they still needed a warrant to get in my safe they will have to dismiss all charges i think.

worst case scenario is i take felony diversion and go drug test for a few months.. take some classes and pay some fines.

i cant believe how stupid he is to call them on me and me know it. snitches get stitches and lay in ditches... i guess he thought i would not get out for a while... he was helping me grow it so if i cant get it dropped i will get him charged with conspiracy, because i have proof he helped me grow it. he bought me "grow lights" on HIS amazon account and HIS credit card. they confiscated those lights. HIS house is literally across the street from a middle school and high school and sells his suboxone out of his house. thats dealing narcotics within 1000 feet or yards. still have to call his doctor and and tell them he has been smoking pot to get him drug tested and pill counted. he has 20 more pills than he is supposed to have. so he is gonna get his and then some.. PLAY BALL MUTHAFUCKA!!!!

Having been through the same thing because of someone elses jealousy 7 mths ago , i feel ur pain , my best wishes are with u . same as here cops break the rules bully and intimidate and the only one held accountable is the victim . ya rekon us cops with the move towards legilistation would just back off , but no cause unless they get a snitch there to stupid to work it out for themselves . just filth .Moralistic dwarfs .

Alright so as I said I'm growing this autoflower called "Fast and Vast auto". It's my first grow so I figured auto will be easier to kind of show me the ropes. I know that a photo is more forgiving and allows for more mistakes but I kind of wanted to test this out and get a couple indoor grows under my belt before I plant multiple and upgrade my setup.

I'm not able to just post imgur links here so I'll upload the few pics I have of the setup at the end.

Mainly the questions I have are all things I've read and have seen multiple answers.

1. Should I top an autoflower? I read it may not have enough time to recover so you're better off just LSTing.

2. I'm starting off at 18/6 light cycle, since this is an autoflower how do I know when to swap to 12-12? I know you usually can pick and choose with a photo.

3. How much water should I be giving it during the very start? Since it's an auto I just popped it right into the solo cup and let it start doing its thing, I just don't want to rot the seed with too much early water.

4. I got 5 seeds, should I have started more than one at a time, do seeds sometimes just never sprout or become duds?

Sadly I dont have a very good setup and can't adjust the light height so I'm just doing ot backwards and adjusting the plant height as I go.
Trying to keep it 6-9 inches from canopy once it gets growing.

#2 What light schedule?
You can start anywhere from 24 hrs light on to 20hrs on / 4 hrs off. ,or you can run 18 hrs on / 6 hrs off .
Once you decide your time schedule that will be what it stays at all the way thru flower.. No need for 12/12 if it's a Auto.

#3 how much water for seedling..
First you should repot to a bigger pot. Anywhere from a 2gal to a 3 gal pot is sufficient.
It's not wise to repot Autos after growing, seeing that they say stress is no good..
But to water a seedling you will need to just drizzle water around the seedling perimeter. But not to drench the soil.
Now is a good time to feel the weight of your pot ,that way it will help you judge when it's dry and needs water.

#4 Do seeds Dud out or not even crack?
Yes they do sometimes. And if they aren't feminized then you might end up with a male.
But if Auto and Feminized then you should be fine sprouting one at a time.
Your light will only work for 1 plant at a time as it is..

And try to put the light about 12"-15" above the plant. That way you don't burn her.

Really appreciate those answers, yeah i transfered the seedling today to a 3gallon cloth pot. I added some pictures of that in my topic if your interested.

By this time she should be bigger and searching for water. You should be good for 3 days .

Sounds good bro, I gave her about 1PT of water today, just around the outside and a little near her. Gonna stop the watering until I leave now where I'll do the 2rings like you said.

It'd more like 1/4- 1/2 gal.
It's still a seedling yes? She won't need to much in that stage.

Yeah shes about 1.5 inches above soil, started opening her leaves before I left. Gave it some water and left whatever leaked out in the runoff sitting there so she can just that if she gets too thirsty.
Excited to see the progress of it when i get home. I just hope shes alive
