I prefer joints but the Arizer is nice. good flavor and not harsh at all.

If your looking into a vaporizer for home you should check out the Arizer Extreme Q.
We have had ours for a couple of months now. We mostly use the bags. What temp do you use the most? I think she uses 200 or 210.

I'll have to look into them for sure. I'll be honest I've never smoked concentrates, always been flowers. After seeing your posts about iso I may give that a try. I think honestly I'll probably commandeer my wife's hair straightener and make a few rosin tek dabs first. I'm not sure if I'll even like dabs or not.
I have never tried a dab. My son smokes them all the time. I don't think smoking flowers even gets him high any more. lol.

Lol, I thought it was "code" for dabs...also thought potpourri was code for weed :smoking: hmmmm.... Wonder if I could get away with getting it for her as an x mas gift lmao!!!
You are playing with fire now.

Thanks guys :)

Today I received another package.
I bought a "9 round silicone cake pan "2.5 deep.

I got It so that after harvest comes I have a place large enough to purge my iso oil. It is non stick so after I reduce the oil in the hot water bath everything should just come right off at the end.

No more scraping glass Pyrex pans with razor blades lol. The dish was $12 including shipping on ebay. It is rated from °40-°500. Should be able to handle the °180-°200 water bath.

I'll be testing it out after my next harvest has cured. I will take all the trim and larf for oil. But I will save all the tops for smoking

The other reason I got it. Was so that when sitting inside my non stick cookware it would not scratch the surfaces.

I've been noticing it's all the little things you acquire piece by piece That really help make your growing/processing easier.

It is time & experience that reveal those things to you.

The jug never runs dry.

This means the liquid must completely submerge the bubbling stone.

The air stone & pump run 24/7 since the day I bought it. I want to keep the good stuff alive
I gotta tell ya ive pulled some< swamp thing type messes off my older bubble stones, before i started using glass bonded airstones and stronger pumps than the one i found in a free pile lmao!

Dude your Bio Zues is past expiration, or is that just a old empty bottle? LOL just razzin you. Dont get all emotional on me with a lengthy diatribe. :p

I do like to problem solve :D

The challenges in life are fun.
They give us something to do with our time.

Feel free to drop in here whenever.
The more the merrier :party1:

You'll notice I update my thread probably way more than is ideal haha.

I have been working on a suitable seed storage container.

And I found an old Dewalt box designed to keep assorted screws, bolts, hooks, nails etc separate.

So I emptied all the hardware into another divider style organizer I had for them.

Then proceeded to fill and organize the conpartments with seeds.

I now have over 400 seeds.
The majority being Exotic Genetix, in 2nd place is @thunderfudge.
3rd I think is tga subcool.

I was feeling good today and was motivated to clean house. I spent all day tearing the whole house apart. I had many durable storage boxes around the house so I organized & filled them up and put them away.

I moved furniture, collected clothes laundry etc. I still have another day or 2 to finish the entire house %100.
But I have already freed up a lot of room. Including much space in my bedroom closet.

This particular closet was where I first wanted my grow room to be. It was my 1st post in my planning thread.

Well I packed it full of storage boxes and made it to where I had a semi-flat surface about 3ft up on top of everything. I saved room so I could put a tent in there.

I pulled the trigger on a secret jardin (dark propagator 60).

It is a "24L×"18W×"24H tent. I got It %15 off for black Friday deals (glad I waited)

It will fit perfectly in the closet. The next size up was too big. This is their smallest tent.

I picked it because it fits in the closet and will house my 8 bulb t5 perfectly.

It's as if it was designed around my t5 fixture (L23.5"x W12.5" x H4"). Being 6 cu ft I will have a light density of approx 2,333 lumens per sq ft which is a lot.

I'm not sure yet if I want it to be;
A.) Mother room
B.) Male isolation & breeding
C.) Second flower room.
D.) Propagation

But I'm already planning pieces for it.
I will get a "4 inline canfan (200cfm) with a "4 phresh filter. I will mount those to the closet ceiling running a duct to a flange installed onto the wall where it will exhaust. Closet is 66 cu ft. So 200cfm should be ideal. This will keep the closet air scrubbed.

There is a 2nd hole in the closet will be for intake & furnace intake. I may mount an intake filter to this wall flange. That way all incoming air is filtered (I don't need stray outside pollen pollinating my plants.)

The exhaust fan will be temp controlled by the closet temp itself.
This will regulate room temp.
I plan on running a titan controls day/night temp based fan controller for this fan.

The tent in the closet will have a small speed controlled fan to ensure its cycling enough air to stay cool.

This 2 fan system is to help defeat the cold winter air headed our way.

The t5 will heat up the closet.

The tent fan will help cycle air from the tent into the closet ensuring proper temps.

The closet exhaust fan controls closet temps & air scrubbing.

I already have an apollo 9 digital timer on the way (I like my current one for the veg chamber).

The tent has "6 intake/exhaust ports.
If I get the spectre "6 filter I have now, with a "6 flange that would create least resistance through the tent.

I'm looking at a speed controlled fan like this for the tent exhaust. It is 52cfm. That means it clears the tent out 8.66x per minute. If I add the intake filter resistance it will be less but by how much?

I just need a cheap small speed controlled fan to vent the tent into the closet. If I'm worried I know where to buy a good fan. Just trying to save money where I can.

Since I'm taking my 8 bulb t5 from my main tents lower chamber. I ordered a 12 bulb t5 ho to replace it (because it fits the lower chamber). I'll just need to buy 12 more mixed spectrum t5 bulbs to replicate what I have now on the 8 bulb t5 ho.

More fun times ahead guys :)

Hell yea! You need the extra room to make your way through all those beans  I finally made some time to move my tent and start building my grow box. Didn't get much building done but I got everything cleared out and set back up. Must have been something in the air today :smoking:

I wouldn't mind borrowing a few "tools" from @rmoltis lol
i am way too impulsive atm to have such a luxury item! Mainly because my curiosity towards new strains/potential unknowns of what could be always got me wanting to pop stuff i guess. hey ya never know man you may get a jack herer type girl in your gardens!

I've been told by many & read a lot about once you get bit by the bug of growing.

It only gets bigger and better.
You'll find yourself upgrading and expanding wherever you can. And buying the next item that will make your spaces that much more dialed in.

Give it some time and you guys will be itching for more.

I've held back on bean buying for a while. I said I was done unless attitude restocked the exotic genetics "future" strain. It is GG#4× Starfighter F2. It is bound for greatness with that lineage.

I waited and waited and today it got restocked. The first time they got it It sold out (as if there was only one pack).

But I got me a pack ordered now and I'm done with the bean buying for a while.

I've got my eye on other strains.
But I will pick them up one by one over time. The fever is over lol.

But I will say. Having this big seed box sure makes Me want to fill it up :)

This was my first bean "stash"
Beans 001
my neighbor down the road had a step son who had a father that allowed him to buy pounds of grass monthly.....when he did i requested every seed he found........throughout 2013 this was what i got. Still have a small tube (chap stick sized) of them.

Just so you can see i am actually trying to "do work" for us in the pollen saving community. My varietals are so far so good kinda mentality. Most certainly dont mind sharing either!
