Na, I decided not to Crack Josh D. It's too hard to replace. I waited about a year before I could get this one. If I can nab another, (and I plan to) I'll pop a pack definitely.

I do have a pack of skunkmaster's Triangle Larry coming. I'm excited about that. Along with a few of the upcoming cannarado grape pie new releases.

In a nutshell.....

Matt "Bubba" Berger and Josh D found the genetic for the famous OG in Orlando (Florida) in the year 1991 (or 1992) in a pack of bagseeds. They picked the seeds and worked with them for a long time till finaly the OG Kush was born.

This is like the matriarch to many of the TRUE OG's a lot of us covet now.

im thinking i want to try a afghan on my second grow. hah. i just want something that kicks my ass.. probably anything i learn to grow good will do it.. but for now im just left wondering what the fuck is it gonna take to get faded. hah. for record i have not dabbed yet.. waiting for my own supply to mess with that to expensive other wise at distrib prices.

Which afghan? A cross? Many many options. I've never dabbed personally. I'm sure I'm missing out, yet majority of what I've always run have done the job. I hope you find "THAT" strain.

yeah i hope to find something.. distrib weed is starting to feel like im just wasting my time.. its like work to eve get sorta high off the shit.. im also hoping my brain once it chills from withdrawals and shit that maybe thc will work better on me..

should of seen them when i said everything on the shelf is not strong enough. hah..
they just do not get it.. some of us just need more. which sorta sucks. especially if you have no choice but to depend on the distrib like me for now.

and i agree herb alone should get the job done.. but i do think i will like a late night dab to pass out on since i sleep like shit.

a afghan was recommend for being very strong.. so im open to any pure afghan or something close i think..

for my first grow im just going with candyland stargate og. i went with it since it has a master kush i believe in the cross.. along with candylands freak show og whatever that is. hoping for a heavy indica leaning pheno. heh.

I'd steer you to gage green genetics or bodhi if you're looking for something top notch with an afghan.

Of course Chemdog, or stardawg...Bubba, kosher, or gods gift for the upper reaches of indicas. Now they don't get their credit from newer generations..but northern lights is tried and true and still around decades later for a reason. Definitely underrated.

88 G-13 Hashplant is the strain I would recommend over all afghani"s for many reasons (hazeman made it ,bodhi cross with it and maybe a few other breeders)if you want a true Afghanistan that is easily pheno findable (stable ) . The traits are great yields and this is if not most mold resistant afghani I've ever ran plus it makes the mother your crossing with have awesome colors and compaction /yields A grade

( I've ran over 10 crosses with 88 in it and I'll never stop ;) )

Nothing major to report. Something I hadn't taken into consideration, is the difference in feeding intensity. I started out feeding them super light, then slowly increasing with size/age.

With so many different strains, I can't just simply mix it up and feed the majority of em. I have to make about 3-4 different batches of feed to cover the diversity in their feed needs. I got a couple different strains that either require a heavier nute concentrate for their age or lower. The first of many unexpectancies I'm sure!!!!

Nothing major, they're growing ready to be repotted. A week ago, had to back the feed and light intensity off a bit, they were getting too big too quick and I wouldn't have adequate room for them for 2 weeks. So after this coming week should be ready to go as usual.

Gals and guys are skyrocketing. Repotting them tomorrow into bigger pots. Will cull another 5-10. I put a couple of new strains in papertowels last night.

(Thunderfudge) - Mr White = the white x bubba ogers
(Uprising seed co) - banana og x alien orange cookies
(Skunkmaster flex) - TK Larry
