That's a little much to undertake but check out the forums. There are some good content in stickies. Growweedeasy.com I think was a site I'd refer to as well you need to get some basic understanding first :D

um well idk really how it works.. Thats prob biology.. Im a student of weedology... I have been growing for 8 months. I spent 500 hrs reading, posting, and watching videos to get here. There is no way i can compile that in a post,,, Sorry brother... Um start at grow weed easliy like dude said and watch you tube videos of grows and the when fucking really really confused, watch some more..
In the mean time, read my grow thread which is high lighted in green right below this text. It will take you a few days but everything you need to know is in there plus you will know all of us quite well by the time you get caught up... And you picked the right group, so u must have a little sense... btw i seen you sent me a private message,, i get goofy feelings when i get private messages from members i dont know... Sorry im a lil paranoid schizophrenic from my days as a under ground chemist, lol or from the chemicals :)
