Coco girl not looking good but smells amazing. She has already drank 75% of what I put in there since I took this picture. Must be underfed? Or overwatered?

ill point out the obvious however, i successfully got 16 massive trees in 105 gallons of water eith zero airstones and zero air pumps, he has 2 plants in a few gallons of water with a massive airpump and 5 air stones.

this alone killed his plant. the rest of what i discussed with him in PM would have only ruined quality and yield.

heres a simple example i used.

humans have a ton of bacteria on them always (life is actually very disgusting and the more you learn the less human you start to feel).

"The bacteria cells in our body outnumber human cells 10 to 1, she says, but because they are much smaller than human cells, they account for only about 1 to 2 percent of our body mass—though they do make up about half of our body's waste."

http://www.popsci.com/science/article/2011-09/fyi-how-much-bacteria-do-people-carry-around

so say you look down at your arm, what you cant see is theres actually more bacteria than skin there lol but you dont get a rash unless that specific bacteria is allowed to grow above a certain population number. this could happen by not washing and letting it reproduce, or a weakened immune system that cant fight it off.

thats what happened to his roots. and eventhorizen you even pointed out the root rot days ago but he slightly shrugged it off. there is always root rot causing pathogens in the air and water, but they are under a population number to do any harm. his air pump was shoving massive amounts of the pathogen from the air into his water and even with his cold water the roots couldnt fight it off. plus my hypothesis is the cold water was also hurting the root health which was making it even more difficult to fight off root rot just like a weakened immune system on a person

Yes!! Definitely shrugged it off @EventHorizan that was a solid call.

I dont really remember the post but if i did mention it, im sorry i didnt make more of an issue out of it! If it is root rot, im concerned about it being still in the system with the other. Losing 1 plant sucks, losing both would be slightly heartbreaking...

I would deff get some hydrogaurd asap!

Not to revisit the air stone debate, but i just saved a root rot victim in coco by transplanting it into a dwc and blasting some air at it, with hydrogaurd too... I have no idea if its foamy in thier but i know this... I brought that bitch back! She looks pretty good! BUT...... I really didnt care if she died, so i went reckless at it... Sometime we tend to over think and micro manage things in our life including growing... My thoughts now or... if something dies, look like its gonna die,,, pitch that shit and move something else in....
Of course flower is in my system. I have set my system up to be as automated as possible so those things don't happen!

Well i got to clean out my buckets/system and get all the dead roots seperated from the hydroton... soak everything and sterilize everything... What do they recommend cleaning the system, lines, tubing and hydroton with? The worse part about growing, comes right after you cut them down :(

Which plant ? The coco girl? She has these weird purple hues in the parts between the leaf veins. I can take better pics in proper light if it'll help.

Hell yeah :D and you have a head start too. That harvest looking pretty money dude.
Yep! I fill pretty decent about it. For autos... I wish cray cray wasnt causing me so much havoc.. She is gonna get miss treated pretty badly tho here real quick. She is gonna lose most her light. She will have to grow in the shadows and she is gonna have to exist on 12/12...
Cause i got my urkle crosses/genetics that i want to run that are 10x more important to me than that dumb auto... And they are going in the system real quick... Prob Sunday!
