LD, a question if I might; Are you the legal primary caregiver for your folks and what kind of legal hoops did you have to jump through?

My older brother is the executor of my mother's estate. I guess she's not dying fast enough for him, so he wants to put her in a home. Might as well just push her down the basement stairs.

I need to find out how to become her caregiver. It's either that or I'll have to alter his prospective by adding an additional 230 grains to his brain weight. I don't want any money for taking care of her, I just want the legal say as to where she lives, either with me at my home, or with me at her home.

All you have to do is have a lawyer write up the papers and have your parents sign (as long as they are of sound mind). You might also consider medical guardian, if you are up for that. They will need some one to make those decisions also.

llil doggies still kicking, Drinking more water, I took him off one of the meds the vet put him on cause that shit is a known diauretic and its been causing problems since we started with that shit, and since that he seems to be improving albeit slow.. Remaining optimistic..

Sadly i can't get him to eat anything yet, but hopefully when he wakes up again i'll try some human food i got some good ham he might like..
