Looks like the April monsoon season got here a tad early. Oh, well. Maybe summer will get here quicker. I used to plant the gardens the weekend of my anniversary, May 10th. Lost too many crops the last few years due to frost, so I started planting June 1st. Long as it's not in the high 90s for the Cup, I'll be a happy camper. Liked to melted my balls off for that one.
It's Michigan. Who knows?

Shit boys, I think its my lucky day.

I just drove 40 miles of dirt roads and didnt lose a tire. We had big winds the last few days, the roads are blown off slick to hardpan, nothing but big rocks and wire, a few nails. We have 3-4 flats a week, and sometimes 2-3 blowouts, so goes life on the prairie. I think ive bought my tire guys 2 bass boats over the years.

Something is going to fuck up today, that went too slick.

damn washing machine or the dryer keeps shrinking mine.......... not sure which one........ with all the technology we got today you'd think they could build one that wouldn't shrink all your cloths....... funny thing is it's only mine........ never shrinks the old ladys stuff.......... it just ain't fair.........

The old man used to tell me you know you worked hard enough last yr when you gained some weight over the winter. That means you got all your shit done before it got cold I guess, like a fucking squirrel. I didnt gain any weight over the winter, but we got some real nice calves on the ground round here.

Good afternoon stoners.
I'm finally home:). Went under the knife on the 9th home on the 25th. Fuck what an experience... I don't recommend it to anyone. I feel fortunate to be alive. Feel very confident they got all the cancer. Now a long steady road of recovery :hungover::).

I think I will still wait a day or two before I try to vap any meds.
My boy @Down4Dabs has really stepped up while I was on vacation. And I'm sure he will continue while I recover. The garden has not missed a beat and looks good. I have no energy, a 10 lb weight restriction, NO stamina, and just sore as HELL... I could hear the boy in the garden and just had to go look. when I got back up stairs I had to take a nap.

I hope to meet each and every one of you guys at the cup this year:smoking:. @mendel you keep asking about going bass fishing I would like to get in on some of that but don't think I can be of any help. I can try to look into a walleye charter on lake Erie or something but that would be a drive from the cup. I haven't done much fishing since I was a kid but thinking I might like to give it a try again. Anyway may be some of the other guys that live closer will pm you and help a brother out.

That's enough rambling from me I'm still really stoned on pain meds.

@stonestacker, how great it is to see you home after surgery. Heal fast, looking forward to seeing ya at the Cup in June. I`ll be there, bum leg or not. Don`t know about my wife though, she`s going, but don`t how much she will do at the Cup. Got her a VIP ticket, might have to sell it like I did last summer.

@Hippie, Think I read where you worked on an addition to Brown`s Funeral Home. Davison Road or Hill Road ? My grandpa did the finish carpentry work on the Davison Road one. There was pictures of him in the downstairs lounge. Wonder if they took them to the new one ? I would think so, but ya never know.
