As a teaser before flowers here is my entry for the Solo Cup Challenge! LSD-25 Auto from Fast Buds. Should be interesting to see what happens with her:smoking: It's been 3 weeks since I dropped her in a moist paper towel. Auto's sure are fun. Can't wait to try one in a bigger container lol.

She's moving along quick! I see she has a little crinkle leaf thing going on. Can't wait to see those week 8 pics. I see what you're saying about not needing perlite with plain coco, they almost drain too good with it in there lol. What's your ppm at right now for week 8? Or are you flushing?

Ya she's still got that cute little wave lmao. I'm not worried. Just gonna let her ride out and see what happens. Indeed coco alone drains really well. I love it so much!

I've been on the flush since week 7 which is actually just a weak solution of .3-.4EC(150-200ppm) consisting of my tap/ro mix of 80-100ppm and shine(pk booster)at 1g per gal. It will help maintain the pH in the coco so they can efficiently use up the rest of the nutrients left inside and then of course themselves after that. The last few days will be plain phd water.

-----------------------------

Week 8!

Things have been going smooth. The flush has been going on since last week at just .3-.4EC(150-200ppm) with my water mix starting at 80-100ppm and shine(pk booster) at 1g per gal.

The colors are starting to come through! You can really tell where the DeadHead OG is now since it's fading so hard lol. Loving the way things are look right now. :love2: I'm aiming to take these to 9.5 maybe 10 weeks. Can't wait!

Thanks bro ,just curious how everyone does it. Looking amazing, that choco hashberry looks so dank bro. Not to slight that deadhead at all, just that she shines like a diamond! Gonna be nice to see her go the distance!

Anytime brotha! Flushing with hydro is different. If I did just plain phd water for 2-3 weeks my pH would still shift and get out of wack. Then there would still be a lot of leftover nutrient in the coco instead of it being used up and that would not be ideal. Soil and most soilles mixes work fine with plain water for 2-3 weeks though.

Coming up on week 9 in a few days! Here is a little lower flower on the CH looking fairly milky:D. I'm planning to pull them sometime closer to week 10 at this point.

Week 9!!!!!!!

This is the home stretch. They have been getting plain pHd water for the past few days. Probably going to let them ride out till monday or tuesday and then its chop chop. Really liking how things turned out for my first grow in a long time with some new nutrients.

Here is the fam! You can really see the colors coming out and the fade happening as well at this point. The calyxes have been swelling and the frost is awesome.

I'm super happy to harvest soon! Right now they are looking mostly milky and some clears. Have not seen many ambers. I personally like to go for the most milky trichs I can see, then clear, then amber. I like ambers to be the least because I already get couchlocked enough so I prefer a more racey/balanced(not too racey) type of smoke.
Officialness!!!
Yes!

No problem at all I'm open to any questions/comments!

I've come to notice foxtails can happen for a few different reason. A little too much Nitrogen, Genetic disposition, and heat generally have a role to play.

In my case I don't believe it was heat because I've only been running up to 73F max(it's been cold around here). It could have possibly happened due to a little too much N but only the DeadHead OG foxtailed and none of the Chocolate Hashberry's did so I doubt it was N either unless the DeadHead OG is particularly sensitive. I think in my case it was mostly a genetics thing. It makes sense to me since the DeadHeadOG was from a regular stock of seeds so the phenotypes can vary, where as the Chocolate Hashberry's were clones from an already chosen keeper pheonotype.
