Ahhh ok so then im good 8 to 9 weeks im only on week 2 and im trippin lol i got long ways to go !! One last question i have them on a 3gal phelp pots woild that be an issue ?Fyi the ones that stretch/sativa pheno leaning ones take longer to flower, at least 8 to 9 weeks some take 10 to 12 weeks or even longer. She will tell you when she's ready, calyx swell, stops drinking, fans die etc...
Thanksi pat ya on the back you are doing much better than me on my first grow.
keep rocking on.
chris.
My plants are at about 4ft hoping the stretch is over and the buds start getting fatI like 3 gal pots, easy to carry to the sink for watering and grow decent size plants.
They are single spectrum but for flowering is what was told by vendor they are pretty bright red thoAs everyone else has stated it's probably genetics..
However something to consider is the spectrum of your LED. I had mine on both veg & bloom for the first 2 weeks of flower; which caused my plants to stretch like a motherfucker.
As soon as I flipped over to strictly flower (red spec) they stopped stretching & bulked up on the buds.
Are you able to change the specs on your LED's or are they a single spectrum?
No problem thank you for the feedback everyone !!! I figured since i have never seen the plant growing i figured to ask if the pics i posted were normal@Amorette764 Fair enough, if it's predominantly red they should be just fine.
Probably their genetics then, just had to throw my 2-cents in there. :eyepiece:
Plants that have a long flower cycle. Need larger pots.Regarding genetics if, well not if whenn and after i harvest is their any good sites

Would i be able to change now that in flower ?Plants that have a long flower cycle. Need larger pots.
Almost all indica or indica ruderalis crosses do well in a 3 gallon 11 liter pot.
Sativas usually need a 5 gallon or larger pot.
The reason i ask is because i had 2 male plants that i found early in my grow and i seperated them far away from my house but i let them grow as a test last week i took one of the males off the 3gal pot and shook the soil to check for any root bound or rot and found nothing the roots felt like hair and didnt see them trying to breath outside the pot. I dont know if that means anything but please feel free to let me know i am a student !!Plants that have a long flower cycle. Need larger pots.
