I use that saying myself. That stone sounds crazy painful. I appreciate the crew here for sure, you guys are really the only people I talk to about shit lol. That being said I'm on the upswing. Got my head right as it can be lol and my body has no choice but to follow. Like @Wisher619 said, were here. I'm always up to listen and offer any advice I can, or just an open ear.
