I'm sure that will still be happening. There's still an epic ass load of grows out there, and there will be plenty going over the four plant limit.
4 is bull shit, I better start growing trees

This is what 2 plants can turn into. Clones. So technically I am not over yet.

All mine are clones now, except for the 6 seedlings. Sitting at 20 plants, so I have room for 5 more up to my limit. That's enough for the next round, and with the rotation, cuttings of the new breeds when they go to flower. I kind of like having to juggle them around. Mathing is fun : 3

The two I harvested were drying kind of slow so I threw them back in the tent for the heat for a day, maybe two, see how it goes.

I'm currently flowering 6 I have 3x3 gal pots and 3x6 gal pots, I don't think I can flower 6 in big pots. But I hop I get something off the small guys. Mad them all the same strain. So it's like one big plant.

Alright. I got one trimmed up and weighed in at 40.6 which is a new record, I still have another to trim up because life got in the way.

I also got my lab test kit today so I'll be sending a sample off and see what the % of everything is. I'm hoping she gets close to the 27% of the original specimen.

Alright, dry weights of the second harvest are: 40.7g, 37.4g, 48.2g.

They clearly respond better to multiple tops opposed to single tops. This makes me most eager for next harvest of the 6-8 top plants. I may need to go back in the veg tent and start pruning the next round back in order to structure them accordingly. I'll wait to see the results of the next harvest.

126.3g?

I think I'm heading in the right direction. Heavy lime and bone meal in the next batch of soil and we will see how they respond in later flower. I think I'm almost there.

Lucky you. They even go after legal medical growers there as "capitulators", it's fucked. Pretty sure it's run by someone with financial interest in dispensaries. If you say anything that can be taken negativity towards one you get banned. Unless you fully agree with one of the four accounts that spam the forum every day, you are a narc or work for a licensed producer.

It would be funny if it wasn't so sad to see people act that way.

But the good news!!!!

Three of my grand daddy purp sprouted!!!!
I'm super excited for them, they are regular so I have a reasonable chance of a male from them to start playing with some breeding. The sensi star is also a regular so we will see there as well.

I wonder if black indica and gdp would make a nice mix? I'm sure anything will be improved by a mix with the La affie : D
Oh do I love me some GDP, expect some. Nice ass yields off those, I've yet to see purps in anything I've grown or harvested yet, however I have an LVPK that's supposed to be on the lines of GDP in bloom. What made you go with sensi star?

It was one of the two varieties from a licensed provider. I also have some original cheese that I haven't started yet.

My understanding is the purple usually requires lower temperatures to bring it out well. I've no experience but I'd wager the last couple/few weeks, drop the temperatures.
Otherwise it can also be brought out by selective nutrient deficiencies, probably only feasible in water.

I agree to an extent on the purpling definitely happens when you lower temps, but some strains have that purp in their genetics just like when people get black phenos, not disagreeing with you, the purp is def more of a "bag appeal" preference, but if everything is said and done and the strains genetics throw colors like that...just amazes me

Concur!
I'll get some pictures tonight of the brood.

Damn lookin good man, looks
Like another week to two weeks!
I'm going to try to let it go full term. A guy told me he never goes less then ten weeks, regardless of strain. I'm certainly skeptical, but I'm going to let these two get as ripe as can. For science!
I think if I go from the day of flip I have 4 weeks to go still on those two.
And then 6 on the next set.
...I'm guessing I fudged my calendar somewhere. Meh.

So I cut back a couple clones so I can structure them for 4-8 tops.

I also get the feeling my two mothers are distinctly different phenotypes. I could be wrong but one is rather squat and one stretches like a bitch. I could be totally out to lunch here, it could be stretch due to distance from the light when I started flowering them, they were in the tent but out side the effective coverage. I'll have to mark the next set of them and note traits. Finally a use for my collectors edition ffxiv leather book!

Actually, I think 4 weeks is correct. Jesus. They are going to get big : O

Nice uniform buds!! Your gonna be pulling some big yields with your 25 plants. Nicely done. Peace
Only two this time. Three a couple weeks ago. Two in 4 weeks, six in six weeks.
Then I run into a log jam. I'll be trying to clone all the new varieties, 5 plants, 5 clones from them, so there's ten plants. It's going to fuck up my 3 week per harvest scheduling completely.

If the grafting works out in the early stages that would be the best case scenario. I'd save on space and plant count and just flower out the original seed plants and essentially remain on schedule. I'm not planning for best case scenario, plan for the worst, hope for the best.

Shit. I almost forgot I need to order my silver thiosulphate so I can reverse sex my feminised only seeds.

Man, this is like work.

Well I found out yesterday I can't order the chemicals for the silver thiosulphate myself. Companies will only sell to research facilities or companies. I'll have to look into some manner of work around, or potentially start a small business. Who knows. Damn inconvenient in any event.
