Big Illinois Weed Bust Leads Authorities Back to Humboldt Megagrow Featuring Numerous Alleged Violations

A total of 5497 marijuana plants were being grown on the property.

On May 25, 2017 Agents with the Humboldt County Drug Task Force assisted by members of the Humboldt County Sheriff’s Office, Humboldt County Code Enforcement, Humboldt County Environmental Health, California Department of Fish and Wildlife, and Illinois State Police served two search warrants.
The first search warrant was served at a residence located in the 2600 block of Visser Court in McKinleyville. When Agents arrived they located one of the home owners, 35 year old Rhett Baker along with 30 year old David Garibay. During the search Agents located approximately 200 pounds of processed/packaged marijuana bud, a digital scale, pay and owe sheets and approximately $150,000 in U.S. currency which was seized as proceeds from illegal drug sales. The second search warrant was served on a rural piece of property owned by Rhett Baker off Route 1 in Humboldt County. When law enforcement arrived several subjects fled into the brush. One subject, 41 year old Adrian Villagrana was captured.

i have a feeling this will be happening more and more. I met a guy in Colorado who produces 12015 tons (yes tons) of outdoor a year. It all goes out of state and has completely fucked up the local market here with his cheap crap. It won't be long before people like this go down, not that i wish that on anyone.

When you are able to show that there is more profit to be made by our government by pot being legal, rather than illegal and propped up by the prison industrial complex, lawyers, 'rehab' facilities, and all of the other unseen hands on the wheel, then we can have a heartfelt meeting around the campfire.

I don't think there are many people other than jeffe sessions that would argue that marijuana has no medical value, has high likelihood of abuse, etc, and whatever other criteria they use for scheduling dr
Alcohol is marketed to minors because they spend a ton of money to make booze look cool and hip.

That's why they are controlling it n making people expose themselves. Instead of just saying it's ok now. Read my posts. They are getting everyone to sign the search warrant for their own houses. They will pull the power move and every dummy that tried to sell something to a dispensary will watch their door fly off the hinges. Also eliminating their competition. They get paid from all angles. They are knee deep in all the " illegal" drugs now. And then get paid again to lock people up. Federal funding houses inmates. Where does federal funding come from. Me. That's where. Taxpayers. It's another way to make our money disappear into thier pockets. Look at social security funds. I hope for the best but I honestly see this whole legalizing as a well thought out plan. They get people to tell on themselves. They pop em. Make all thier money houses drugs disappear to an evidence room n claim to destroy it. People are shot with destroyed guns regularly. People are buying dope that has been busted before regularly. Corruption extortion and monopoly. That is our government.
I'll read your posts when you back up your assertions with sources. In order to take you seriously, you have to explain yourself and how you get from here to there. You are either making lazy arguments based on events like Operation Fast and Furious, or you're just hurling random things that you heard on late night am radio. If you aren't willing to participate, don't expect to get taken seriously. If you care to have a discussion on the topic, feel free, but your posts are borderline partisan and ranty, and I am not ready to take the bait. We'll see what the week brings.

I'm curious what you mean, and how you would see this happen, 'saying it's just ok now.' Would drug offenders get to leave prisons and jails? How big of an evidence room would you need for all of the cases that would include 'all [thier] money houses drugs' that would disappear, as you appear to claim? Further, how does one operate a gun which has been destroyed.

You seem like a nice guy man, but dude, did you check your math? I'm going to assume you meant 12-15 tons. That's 25,000 pounds on the low end.

At a grand per pound for a large cash order, your guy claims to have made 24-30 million dollars in a single year. At $500 per pound your guy made 12-15 million dollars.

Your guy is full of shit, because if he made that much money, you wouldn't know about it. I'm not insulting you, but the math doesn't work.

You need to read your own posts I don't explain myself to no one. I've never heard of operation fast n furious. One operates a gun that was destroyed by it never being destroyed and being resold on the streets. You seem upset about something n it ain't me. Imma leave you alone. I'm not dumb enough to fully expose myself here to meet your requirements. You do the math your talking about. This isn't somewhere to argue a point you are semi making yourself.

I didn't ask you to explain yourself, I asked you to explain and provide where you get your information. If you are too lazy to do something as simple as a link, website, group, book, paper, even a wikileaks document, then I can't be bothered to engage you in any sort of meaningful discussion, or lighthearted banter. I'm not upset about anything. Your post doesn't make a lick of sense, and the fact that you explain how to use a destroyed gun by not destroying made me laugh. Not at you, but with you. I haven't asked you to 'expose' yourself, I've simply asked you to be more specific and maybe throw us a bone and share where you are getting your information. Since you refuse to answer in any fashion, I will assume you pulled these facts out of your arse.

That you have no idea what Operation Fast and Furious was, is telling. It tells me that this is a waste of time, but at least I tried. Mighty slow 'round these parts.

"I've never heard of operation fast n furious." That's gold Jerry!

You're right. I'm not going to argue with a pure idiot. I live the life you talk about. I've been through those legal systems. I've seen people shot with confiscated and "destroyed" guns. I've smoked seized drugs. My link is my name. If you typed it in google you'd have all your answers. But I'm not stupid enough to put it public. On a webpage. In reality the site admin can probably pull it off my email I had to register with. Ask them to google it. Difference here is I speak real life you speak other people's words and what you read somewhere. Which is all tampered with.

We will all find out this week. The asset forfeiture seizure program is back in place. Sessions is going to make up his mind I believe on thursday reguarding recreational marijuana. Trump has said medical is okay but not recreational.

Who knows the feds may turn the heat on in those states. Stayed tuned for the fake news orange man decision on this topic. Sessions has made it clearly known he is still in the old school ways.

Odd how those of us that had to sit and watch the egg in a skillet commercial in the 80's saying drugs were bad the Cia was at the same time flying loads of coke in the Us, using dealers in La to sell the coke, then buy military grade weapons to put on the coke plains for the return trip. Oliver north took the fall on that issue.

Amazing how bush jr put us in Afghanistan in a war for no real reason. Oh yeah the taliban was making to much money so we took the market over. US is now the poppy king pen. Shit is not changing at all anytime soon. God bless america home of the liars and the thieves all the sheeple think thier view point matters. In the end the Us gov is just a dope dealer.

I'm not offended by your posts, and I am not put off by them. I was engaging you in conversation, but in order to do that, you have to qualify your statements, not ignoring others who question where you get your info. You don't say it, but you seem to have life experience, which is still just as valid. I just doubt some of the stuff you claim, which is probably more semantics than anything else. You are welcome to ignore those doubts, and you certainly aren't obligated to respond to me. I don't know you and you don't know me, and if we can agree to disagree, that's fine and dandy with me.

edit- Operation Fast and Furious was an operation undertaken by the ATF in Arizona. They oversaw and allowed illegal purchases of firearms by straw buyers, hoping to track them to Mexico and arrest the leaders of those cartels. The ATF monitored sales of about 2000 firearms but have only recovered about 700, and one of those weapons allowed to be sold to mexican cartels was found to be used in crimes against americans.

from wiki-
[Guns tracked by the ATF have been found at crime scenes on both sides of the Mexico–United States border, and the scene where United States Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry was killed in December 2010. The "gunwalking" operations became public in the aftermath of Terry's murder.[2] Dissenting ATF agents came forward to Congress in response.[16][17] According to Humberto Benítez Treviño, former Mexican Attorney General and chair of the justice committee in the Chamber of Deputies, related firearms have been found at numerous crime scenes in Mexico where at least 150 Mexican civilians were maimed or killed.[18] Revelations of "gunwalking" led to controversy in both countries, and diplomatic relations were damaged.[2]

As a result of a dispute over the release of Justice Department documents related to the scandal, Attorney General Eric Holder became the first sitting member of the Cabinet of the United States to be held in contempt of Congress on June 28, 2012.[19][20] Earlier that month, President Barack Obama had invoked executive privilege for the first time in his presidency over the same documents.]

I fail to see a connection between seshy getting the boot and him 'coming after the big gardens'. If he's gonna get the boot, how can he do as you say he'll do?

It's all good people disagree all the time. I actually think we agree more than disagree. I honestly didn't know about operation fast n furious. I was speaking from life experience and yes I am a little bitter when it comes to government. So I do rant on. But also I do speak from my own experiences n not a book or tv show. I don't watch tv at all. Like I said maybe I need to stop being so bored n scrolling through here all the time. Or sit back n learn from here instead of voicing my opinions.
