I agree if you can afford to buy a high quality light then you're better off. But as far as all the low budget stuff I would put that Higrow right up there with them.

I'd at very minimum get the 1000W Higrow in a 4x4 though. $250 is still within budget.

True I would still want to 600s. I just like the thought of having two. For some reason makes me feel like I have more. Lol

Idk, my complaint about them, and most cheap lights is they have so much damn blue light. You won't get the yield you could get with something more red.

I agree. But there is something to be said about the intensity of those lights and you might get a little more coverage. I think it will still produce some quality bud and might even help the Frost. But you're right your buds might be a little thinner.

Use the cheap lights & drop a couple T5's with the red spectrum. You should be golden.

the bud shot is from the light on the right the LED. its the plant on the right in the first picture. im medicated so i fucked this post up.. bed calls soon.
lets hope i do a better job on these next plants im about to flower.
but they work man..

Here I made a cheap small setup for $28 foil reflective foam,$20 straight red and blue panel. The light is adjustable via a chain that you tying a knot at the top for your height. The bottom is stationary you simply lift the Box off to tend to your plants. Two CPU fans one low one high connected to Wall warts. Small and cheap and yes it works marvelously.

I'm probably just gonna try & do 3 plants the most with this being my first attempt & they will be autos also because that what I have as far as seeds.

I really wanna try some green crack, that will be my round 2 attempt.

Don't try 3 green crack in a 4x2. I have 3 in a 4x4 and wall to wall. Only finishing week 2 of 10 week flower. Cheap led 600w with t5s for added light. The 3rd pic is 1 plant 3 ft tall and 2-12/ to 3 feet wide. Green crack is a grower it gets big. I would put 1 maybe 2 max in that area. 1 would be monster. There's my cheap led first grow
