Once those roots poke out the bottom we pump the feedings and it's off to the races. Straight Coco
1/2 gal pots
Hydrocorn on top inch
Feed to run off twice daily and up as we go
Cns 17 grow 18ml gal
Silica blas 5ml gal
Microbial once a week

Just repeating myself to show how SIMPLE. Don't be scared to listen to wish's advice.

Waited a week to clip fans or to flip? They have about 8 nodes and shoots shooting out so I thought it would be time to clip fans on bigger ones. You think a lil early?

no what I meant was 1 gal is big
he would never want to go 3 gal
I wouldnt use a 3 gal unless i was growing under DE Gavitas with 10' clearance or outside

as for perlite
I would never use it in coco unles I was doing Recirculating
then I would go 75%P/25%C
and run a constant top drip like 1/4gal per hour

wait till they reach 12" in hight and then start to clip the top fans of the tallest plants
once all plants are equal in hight then do all at once until all branches are equal canopy
then flip immediately

Got ya. I'm gonna throw a tape on them today. My naked eye says about 10". But they haven't been calibrated lately. Hahah

I was thinking today only because the growth has taken off and I was worried if I waited another week they may be pretty tall. Work has been way too busy lately to get in there during the week (thank god for automation).
I'll measure and wait til 12". No going rogue when trying something new. Lol

U know I dont really know what to tell you because I super crop mine which knocks them down half way!
And I did it after sexing at like day 10 or 12
So they would of grown pretty tall,
guess your gonna just have to trial and error it..
See super cropping first week of flower erases lots of canopy mistakes :)

That's the plan. Lol. It will be fine. Worst case i do it after work one day. I haven't touched them so they're growing pretty rapid. Last time I was beating them up manifolding

I can see my t5 smashing it if I used it to flower. Not expensive, I think I paid $175 for it. 4x4 8 bulb hydrofarm.

I clone under 4 100w equivalent cfl with almost 100% success. I got my 4x4 8 bulb t5 for $175,

Just got my cns17 from mason today. $27 and 2 days later. Make sure you preload that coco with a mild nute solution. I just used it myself. Its good stuff but definitely needs a good preload. I added a little perlite to a few to see the diff

You told me the same advice when I got rockin with that coco and its was dead on. Can't go wrong with advice from OG Wish.
