I'd say 2-3 weeks. They need to swell some. Keep them on a healthy tea/sugar diet and now might be the right time to add a flowering booster if you have/use any.

5 gallons of dechlorinated water with 2 tsp of Boogie Brix. Josh from Boogie Brew gave me some great information. I used this product and will again.
