Sorry man - I hear ya, hang in there. May want to try modifying that diet for a week, just to see, or the time you go to bed, how long you (try to) sleep and what you eat or drink the couple hpurs before going to bed.
Personally i have to sleep now with two 1'x1' gel ice packs under my neck every night, wrapped in high performance t shirts... The ice packs help reduce the intensity of the headaches by lowering the temperature of the blood slightly as well as reducing any cervical inflammation. Together they make it more bearable when I wake up. And the several layers of high performance short sleeve shirts keep them from making it too cold and causing nerve damage - as well as insulating them so they still have enough coldness in the morning to still be useful for a migraine.
Hope it helps!
