Anything i should know before transplanting rhis evening? Ive transplanted prolly 20times alltogether but i just did qhat i thought was right. Lol always se3med to work tho. Well one of the last translplants didnt go so well but that was because the roots were almost nothing. Lol
Not really.. Maybe sprinkle some plus life in the hole you plant the plant in...

Fuk. Winter has officially struck. And my tent is feeling it. Sitting at 66 degrees right now with lights on. says temp has been from 61-72 on the thermo. Kinda thinking it's time to add the heater, but idk where to put the damn thing. No room in the tent tbh. Not sure how much it'd make a difference if it was outside the tent since the furnace is in there already.

are you trying to run a sealed room?

What do you need the temp controller for
your fan and carbon scrubbers should be running 24/7
and if you have a seperate fan to cool the hoods
that can be on the same timer as the lights

Correct, the 1 cooling fan for the lights will be on a timer set to match the time cycle on the light ballasts...

And the fan for the scrubber would go 24/7

I was planning (at least this was my thought...) to use another fan on a temp contoller to pull excess heat out of the room or tent if they got too hot.

I am leaning towards a sealed room but am uncertain....input welcome as usual!

Reproduce is spot on..
Another migraine but at wake up..
Shit gets old..

Sorry man - I hear ya, hang in there. May want to try modifying that diet for a week, just to see, or the time you go to bed, how long you (try to) sleep and what you eat or drink the couple hpurs before going to bed.

Personally i have to sleep now with two 1'x1' gel ice packs under my neck every night, wrapped in high performance t shirts... The ice packs help reduce the intensity of the headaches by lowering the temperature of the blood slightly as well as reducing any cervical inflammation. Together they make it more bearable when I wake up. And the several layers of high performance short sleeve shirts keep them from making it too cold and causing nerve damage - as well as insulating them so they still have enough coldness in the morning to still be useful for a migraine.

Hope it helps!

Did I hear you say earlier that you have a ruptured disc?
Is this the reason for your migraines?
Sorry I don't remember. I'm trying to keep up.
Yes.. I got herniated discs in my neck which have calmed down the last couple years. I have a slipped vertabra in my lower back, and then this one in upper middle back which i think is a herniated disc... Its new in the last 6 months and so are the headaches...

Damn dude that sucks! :(
You must be in a lot of pain!
My wife has had 2 back surgeries because of ruptured discs.
She was in serious pain.
I feel for ya brother. I hope you get better soon.
I can tell by how quickly you get shit done that you're a workaholic.
Try not to over do it

I'm in the market for a couple used ones. I see them around for 10-20 bucks each.
They don't have removable lids tho. That would be nice!
Had to drive about 80 miles this morning to get them... $70 for both.. They had garlic in them...but were sanatised and bleached.. I still smell a hint of garlic..
Works for Vampires hopefully works for pythium too :)

Just got my new RO system home and hooked up. Shouldn't have a problem running out of water now

The thing that hurts me is the middle one hurts with activity and the topvand bottom hurt if i lay around...
But so far my will power has kept me off the surgeons table... Im going to the gym today and im gonna set the treadmill on 5 mph and 1 mile with 5 mins of cooling down afterwards which is essentially walking very fast to cool the muscles down.. Treadmills are cool the way thet work.. The high end ones at least..
Im gonna drop weight and tighten this core... Im gonna eat healthier and whip this old ass into shape.. Then if i stil dont improve ylthen at leadt i be healthier for the surgery pre and post.. Im not ready to be old because im still a kid at heart..
I refuse to lose.....

So here is a big fuck you to pain from me and all of us that have suffered from an injury or accident, or just asshole father time........

Off to the gym...

That would be nice if the diet and exercise fixes the problem.
Like you said Worst case is you get in better shape for the surgery if needed.
I totally understand about not giving up
My brain is in denial that my body is getting older.
