Anyone who hasn’t heard Jon Mayer play guitar

Think he is pretty good for the Deads current situation. As a tried and true Deadhead from the good old days I find it hard not having Jerry still around..
But alas... it is what it is and the music never stops..
Just wish folks knew of and never forget the good old days at shows, no 10 buck beers, huge stadium shows, cell phones, shakedown street, everybody was your friend..

and the 3 day party in the woods after the show ...Orlando ...Chuluota style...hell ya

Tower of Power, the band members were from East Oakland.
True soul and funk both black and white no color barrier..1973 our school got desegregated tensions were high but this brought us together...

cant forget Neil Young's contribution to the rock and roll world..
Neil has been doing shows with Promise Of The real with Willie Nelson's sons on guitars
Saw this show 2 nights in telluride 2 weeks before this dead center 2nd from the front.
amazing the energy Neil got off the youngsters they fed off each other and rock the shit out of it..
