I use my c02 timer on my environmental controller these days.

get him good timer that has 1 to 60 sec timer, with 24 hr programming..
What is it again you both use?

well actually dtw is pretty nice of you running 6 plants are less..

Sorry to interrupt, but I was trying to find the non-topping technique I saw in here once, but trying to find anything in a 800 page thread is impossible lol.. anyone have an idea of the page number?

is there anything I can do to try and help struggling seeds? This has happened to me a few times now where the tail pops out like 1/16 of an inch but then growth stops.. pretty bummed as all 3 of my afgoo seeds did this, might email the company see if I can get some replacements :( ...(popped about 20 seeds and this happened to 5 of them)

They are sitting in ziplock baggies inside a paper towel soaked in RO.. sitting on top of my comcast box for warmth..

Are they sterilized? And do you touch them when you check them?

DTW is actually less wastefull than Recirc
recirc the water goes down and you refill
dtw you can regulate how much waste you actually allow
also you dont have to adjust the rez
you set it and come back when it needs to be refilled

pull the leaves with stems off the highest cola
when the lower colas catch up
you keep pulling the leaves off what ever cola is tryin to stretch until you have the hight and colas you want
then flip to flower

stop looking at runoff ph
leave the ph at 5.8 always
the runoff ppm are telling you they are hungry
200ppm drop in 1 day
they are eating like starving pigs
your ph rise is due to food consumption
raise your ppms of your food by 200
that will help support your girls eating habbits

or do i have to mix a new batch?
does ppm stack in coco?
so if i feed twice @550, in coco would ppm rise or is 550 top if putting 550 in?

fold them down
they should have a timy stem
pinch those off at the stem
there should be a timy tom left
also snip about 1 or two more nodes down....just the large leaves
what will happen is the nodes will start growing stems as well and turn into more colas
and it dosnt slow down the plant as the rest of the plant is still growing just not the cola you slowed

if so then adding to 4l of feed I wouldnt do
I suggest makin 4liters of feed at a time
I have 4 plants right now in 1/2gal pots and they take 1 gal a day or 4liters
dont make more than 1 feed worth
or maybe make 2liters of feed so 1/2liter per plant a day
but for upping the feed
keep using the same ml of additives and just up the base....if thats what you mean

Good deal Thanks! I'm giving it a go this round. I liked the sound of keeping the top main cola lol Visted my friends grow and he went nuts on topping his plant so much that he didn't have a big bigger than the size of your fingernail :sweating: I topped 1 time last round and it worked out pretty good, just figured I'd tried something new

atm they only needing about 1/2-1l between them, will start picking up now they starting to grow.
been making 5l... still on the 5l bottled...ro unit stolen by terrorists i think.:speechless: if i dont get a solid answer today ill order 1 somewhere else n get $ back.
