it was over 750 today compared to what when you made the res?
A dtw res should never change ppm. Ph can flux slightly, even tho it should stay true too..
I just dont understand how the ppm change..
I want you to, check run off ppm.
I think maybe they dried out on you like I said, a few days ago..
I could see a lil droop in some leaves..
I think your just having watering issues, which is normal for a first grow..
What you dont want to do, is start micromanaging everything and chasing your tail..

My recommendations are,
Make sure the res is filled, ph and ppm to 700 ppm and 5.8
make sure you are getting good run off at each watering..
Keep temps in range, and push forward...

Im gonna have you take a cutting from down below before you flip, and we just see how the clone does...

Sounds like a plan. Ima ab to take a couple more pics for yah. U still want the timeline? U basically have all the info i do. I think i made the batch last time a little high ppm wise and juat forgot but yeah i have everything down to normal rn. 700 n 5.8. Im w yah on the watering issues possibly. On. N ima get the run off ppm n ph when i take pics n a sec.

no I think I have the timeline figured out.. Well you dont learn a lot from healthy plants so the upside is these situations are great learning lessons.. Ya just pics and ppm readings from run off of both plants..

wood do write your measurements down each day....ph, ppm, temp, rh?
if not i recomend it, only takes a min n your checkin anyways!
we all stoners n get mixed up now n again and its good for future reference... next grow.

Well weird thing with the ppm n ph reading from run off. Okay on the sourjack we got....820/830ppm n 5.8ph and on the purple we got 630ppm n 5.9ph. Somthing gotta be up w that right? Idk. Lol well heres the other pics. I went ahead n took them out soo u can see the true colors. Well beaides the flash. My room isant very bright.

Yeah i dont keep daily track but i try to keep any info i get weote down and anytime i change anything in the rez i always note it

hmm my runoff ph has been high 6s...6.7-6.9 all the way...
i know we said the zyme is eating the root rot n raising ph...but it hasnt changed. roots look healthy as fk, never had such white fluffy roots before.
was surprised to see roots hangin out by the 1gal holes 3 1/2 days after up-pot :D

i know we said only look at ppm but im a curious mofo:badboy:

So even you realize that the ppm diff is a problem..
So here is your biggest downfall Wood... You dont have a ro filter, and you are handcuffed to making water last as long as you can..
So really your next purchase should be an RO filter.. Hell I only have a 100 one that does 50 gal a day.. For you that is way more than you need but that is the cheapest..
You need to make up 3 gallons of RO water and 5ml of grow,, Ph that to 5.8.. put 3 cups worth off to the side.
feed the rest of that to the sour jack.. over the sink, tub, bucket, toilet, etc..
go slow and it does get tiring..
We are gonna flush the plant and reset the cation exchange..
We are now utilizing the properties of coco, that make it so great..
We can erase the bad, and get started with the good, ASAP....

After you have ran all that thru it, run the last 3 cups thru it over something you can collect it in, and measure it again?

Always measure what goes in, to collaborate with what comes out.. Im only worried about ppm, but since ph is just as easy, you can throw it in there too..

After we confirm we are down around 500 or less, you will hook it back up, and let it run at 650 ppm and 5.8..
And then we need to compare compare the run off from one plant to the other.. I feel for some reason, the sour jack coco isnt acting right. I think its drying out. We gonna flush it hard, and reset the cation exchange.

Do you have any calimag?

not ph,, ph is kinda irrelevant.. Its the ppm that matters.. It tells us how well the coco is doing, cation exchange..
Me and @Wisher619 have just figured if he kept forward the right inputs would straighten it out. But its plain to see we have a problem in the rhizophere.. It that has to be from salt accumulation, which IN MY GUESS, is from improper watering..

Maybe we have some kind of fungus at the root crown.

well its got to do with cation exchange...

Do you remember in college when you were bright, but there was one guy brighter, and he always could remember the technical BS... that was important..
So lol wisher is that one friend, and even tho I have watched him explain it 5 times, I dont feel comfortable repeating it... He might, lol.. its science,,, just google cation exchange and what does coco release when fed with CA, base..............

i wanna test run my diy cloner in the mornin. will be flippin soon so i wann get some roots going on a practise run.
so cut on an angle...sterile...scratch it up.... root gel and away we go:D

any need to knows guys?
