no clue,got 3 pens none work hahahha,i did a check on the well water about 6 months ago,had 500ppm,so i been running with rain water and ac water,i got a 55 gal barrel with a pipe running from upstairs,catch the condensation and since it been cold and getting a little rain i have 5 gal buckets lined up to catch water coming from the roof hahaha,,my well water is good ,i just dont like the rust that in it for my plants,lmao

thats what i wound up using myself,,did the drops and was what the hell,mine were couple years old too,so i double checked,went and bought a pool kit for the babies swimming pool,sure enough drops were right,,found no boron at all in the water,,think im getting my water source from canyon lake not sure,after the hell i had in the city water system,i am not complaining at all about the high ppm here,shit was 850 in the city,just barly gave me enough to feed with on the other grows

gt im not even sure if its rust,,when are pressure seems low ,i go and change the filter,and when i get it out looks like i pulled straight out of a red clay mud,hahaha,once i change that filter all good for couple months,,damn well is 500 ft deep and still get it,mainly after real bad storms

see thats the thing,when we got here previuos owner had a ratchet strap cover a hole in the tank,lmao so we had a new 180 gal tank and new sumersible pump with 5oo ft of marine electrical put in,i plumb the whole thing in with new pvc,and even ran straight threw rock about 200 ft of new pipe from the well to house,damn that was a fun job,,it is coming up from the aquifer somewere,,that lake is about 30 miles away,and it is straight up rock here no shit ,i have brought in load after load of dirt just to be able to garden,and it aint worth shit and i have to build it up,,i would figure more lime in the water than rust,but that filter shows difrent

my ph is right at 7 ppm 500 ,that was 6 months ago,,water doesnt have any smell,discolor,or bad taste,just that high ppm and again my pens dont work and im damn tired of buying them,it was either weedseed or sernots gave me a blue lab pen,that thing dont even work and takes forever to get a true read,lmao

like i say the pens very well could and probally are wrong,that pool kit doesnt do ppm ,just ph and boron test,and there isnt any clorine or clorimine in a well,so dont think it really that high,my garden done alright with the water last season,lol

If you can go buy a bottle of water and then go to the company site and see what they claim...then test your pen against the company....company reports are fairly accurate because they know people like us have ppm and ph testing ability hahaha.... ill sue aquafina if the ph it not whats on the bottle lmao

i do buy machine water,we only use it in the coffe pot,when it get slow i run vinegar threw it and every time it has a rust looking crap in the filter,,so we use bottle water for that,,maybe the rust is what making me hurt so much bones need oil not rust,be like the tin man on wizard of oz in the mornings hahahah

this soil here is very moist, I've been clearing some areas an I doubt that ill need to put any nutrients in this soil,

co2 burst test it mate, this will tell you what you might need to do or not :-)

Just had to install an iron filter because my well was so bad the waterline to the barn completely plugged itself with sludge....
