I do some minor exercises and stretching here at home. Sucks though, recently I started seeing some stuff starting to happen, being able to move my right foot and leg in a way I haven't been able to in a long time and I haven't been able to try and help it along much because I've been so damn sick that I'm just not up to doing too much.
It's only very minor change but, I'd like to feel well enough to be trying hard to work with it but, when you're feeling nauseous and like you're gonna shit yourself all the damn time, with terrible cramps and shit, it's rough.
