Ended up doing 5 round since it was my first time and I was curious. 5th one wasn't even worth scooping, so 4 was where I found it to be worthwhile. That being said, the 4th one I just kind of rinsed and splashed around in water/rang it out a bunch. Didn't really stir or anything like the others.

Also, 120 is pretty useless.

But like I said, that's something you take 1-2 times a week TOPS. Not something you want to get dependent on. Has an odd hangover it you take too much (in that you get brain fog, not that you feel sick/lethargic like a hangover). But destroys anxiety and at the 500mg-1g mark can knock you out. Do your research on it, it's very strong, has great benefits, but shouldn't be abused.

premier protein shake. hah. you have to freeze the shit to taste good sorta like Budweiser hah.
 
You gotta get some stuff that actually tastes good, that'd help you gut it a hell of a lot better. Those cheap proteins are hard for my to stomach and I have an iron gut. Some of that cheap stuff is terrrrible.

I havent. Tbh it looks like costcos slimfast. I would say definitely go with a tub instead next time.

yeah, im just learning about this as my teeth are really bad. insurance wont pay.. so, im gonna be going this protein drink shit for a while.. you can live off the stuff yeah or do i have to like eat other shit to hah. it really does hurt to eat. hell hurts to smile that is a real thing hha.

Can you live off stuff like that? Yeah... should you? No.

If you must stick to liquid or soft food diet I'd do something like this:


  • Breakfast: BSN Tru Mass 1200 (1/2 serving) = 600 Calories (flavors are all great)
  • Snack: Naked Blue Machine Juice (1 serving) = 140 calories
  • Lunch: Something whole you can eat -- aim for 500-600 calories
  • Snack: FAGE Total Greek Yogurt = 300 Calories
  • Dinner: again, something whole you can eat in the 500-600 calorie range.
  • Snack: Naked Green Machine (1 serving) = 140 calories

    = 2200-2400 calories roughly
Since you're not eating much this might be a difficult amount of calories for you intially, but this will put you back on track for gaining some weight. It's what I would aim for.

If you mix the BSN Tru Mass with water + ice it'll be roughly 600 calories, if you want some more calories blend with 2% milk. The Naked's don't have to be Naked brand per say, but some sort of smoothie. Bolthouse Farms is another popular one. I say do blue machine and green machine because one is your anti-oxidant/vitamin heavy smoothie, and the green's is your micro nutrient dense smoothie. Both will have fiber as well.

As far as foods you can eat, I'm not really sure. Scrambled eggs maybe? Have you looked into any blender cookbooks? I know I had a buddy with a broken jaw and he had to get a blender cookbook. I'm sure you might be able to find some tolerable recipes in them.

For the FAGE, make sure it's the Total, or the calories won't be nearly the same. That's the full fat version. I'd recommend buying it flavored, plain is meh.

Honestly it all comes down to following a system if you're struggling with gaining weight. Sometimes you might feel full but you just gotta shove it in anyways.

my mom is a perfect example of welfare when iw as young.

they say you can not have X, meaning you can noyt save money. for example on SSI if i get more than 999.00 in my banmk, ill get a letter saying ill get X amount removed from my SSI which is only 500.00 a month.. see its setup to keep you down.

anyhow my mom is a pack rat and buys stupid shit.. i think this is a result from not being able to have nice things because of rules.

i dunno. maybe shopping is just her addiction mine was pills hah.

and of course on pills cash whats that hah ( meaning when i bought my trike in 2008, i was already fucked by oxycotin less than 6 months on the shit. i was to stupid to just put cash in a jar hah ).

I cut weight at 2800 calories.The average male adult's maintenance calories is 2000. 3500 calories is roughly a pound. @ 500 calories a day you're at a pound a week. Since he's been losing a ton of weigh, he should be able to gain 1.5lb a week on that easy.

What I mentioned really isn't that expensive honestly, you're looking at $10-12ish a day. You can cut corners and make your own smoothies and such. I just listed what would at least supply you with enough to remain "healthy" on a liquid diet. If you want to go the absolute cheapest route... peanut butter, bananas, tuna, whole milk, & eggs
 
Whats up fellas, soo this may seem like a stupid question but im just curious. Are the leaves supposed to start drying out kinda withering like n the first couple pics? Its just the sj leaves near the buds r alot dryer n less healthy looking than on the purp. May be wrong u all know im newb. Just trying to stay on top of everything. These nugs on this purp r reallllyyyy starting to fill out.

The first pic, if you look down to the bottom leaves, looks like mag def, are they in week 4-5 of flower?
 
Thats what i was afraid of. Thats crazy, yeah i think there closer to around week 6ish but ive been feeding 3/5ml calmag basically since the buds started to form.

If you want a rough idea how strong your Calmag is, test a gallon of water for ppm's, then add 1ml of Calmag and test the ppm's again, you'll know how much to feed then, and have a good idea how much is floating around n your pots, biggest problem I've had with calmag hungry plants is not over feeding it and leaving no room for flower nuits at my PPM's top end, strong Indica's keep me on the ball.
