Can you live off stuff like that? Yeah... should you? No.
If you must stick to liquid or soft food diet I'd do something like this:
- Breakfast: BSN Tru Mass 1200 (1/2 serving) = 600 Calories (flavors are all great)
- Snack: Naked Blue Machine Juice (1 serving) = 140 calories
- Lunch: Something whole you can eat -- aim for 500-600 calories
- Snack: FAGE Total Greek Yogurt = 300 Calories
- Dinner: again, something whole you can eat in the 500-600 calorie range.
- Snack: Naked Green Machine (1 serving) = 140 calories
= 2200-2400 calories roughly
Since you're not eating much this might be a difficult amount of calories for you intially, but this will put you back on track for gaining some weight. It's what I would aim for.
If you mix the BSN Tru Mass with water + ice it'll be roughly 600 calories, if you want some more calories blend with 2% milk. The Naked's don't have to be Naked brand per say, but some sort of smoothie. Bolthouse Farms is another popular one. I say do blue machine and green machine because one is your anti-oxidant/vitamin heavy smoothie, and the green's is your micro nutrient dense smoothie. Both will have fiber as well.
As far as foods you can eat, I'm not really sure. Scrambled eggs maybe? Have you looked into any blender cookbooks? I know I had a buddy with a broken jaw and he had to get a blender cookbook. I'm sure you might be able to find some tolerable recipes in them.
For the FAGE, make sure it's the Total, or the calories won't be nearly the same. That's the full fat version. I'd recommend buying it flavored, plain is meh.
Honestly it all comes down to following a system if you're struggling with gaining weight. Sometimes you might feel full but you just gotta shove it in anyways.
