Myco advantages

Always room for one more. Welcome aboard Shady.

I'd like to pimp one product that I feel has gotten me to the next level in growing.
This product is called Earth Ambrosia and Earth Nectar. It is a two-part mychorizae w/ added ingredients (fulvic). This product has increased my yields by a minimum 25%. I'd go ahead and tell you all about myco products but, it would behove you to wikipedia it or search this site, where plenty of literature can be found. In short it is steroids for your roots along w/ added benefits like helping keep your rez stay clean and allow 3 week (or longer) for changes. These are pics of my rez after draining only. The stuff along the top edge is mosquito dunk residue for fungus nat prevention. All I do is rinse the rez and filler up.

Plants are really starting to take off now. Hopefully the stretch is done. prior to flipping the light they were only 8" - 12" tall. Some are like 3ft. tall now which, I guess is normal.

^^^ that's good info for sure. I'm familiar with mycorrhizae and the microbes in soil... Now after 2 grows in hydro I finally realize that this is missing from my hydro setup. Do you know of other products that have a similar function?

Welcome aboard redroot.

The Greencrack and Screme (Strawberry creme) just keep on stretching. I am at 23 days flower and they are covered in trich's already.

The Headband and Masir are fattening up already. The buds are twice the size as the others. Not many trich's yet.

I'll drop some pics in here tonite.

Here are some Bubba's I did last year.

The guy who sells me the EA & EN also has a number of other products for soil / hydro.

He recommends to use "Terra Pro", which is a dry Myco product that includes humic acid which helps fascilitate the myco function. If you want to use this in hydro he recommends using a coofee maker to "cook down" the "Terra Pro". Use 1 cup per 40 gal. rez. I hav'nt tried this yet but, will as soon as i can order.

The site to order from is [email protected]

By the way, your new set up is clean. Your gonna like runnin hydro w/ unlimited h20 source and a drain in room.

Good Luck,
Sticky

Bad News Here.

Just noticed thrips in the back of the Headband / Mazir table. Little fucks!!

Hopefully I can get them under control before sooty mold takes hold. It only looks like a couple plants so far. Does anyone have suggestions for dealing w/ these little bastards? I was gonna use safer soap to drowned them. I am at 25 days flower right now.

Nothing dares to get on the Greencrack / Screme table. It's a sticky, trichome death trap already. That shit is off the hook.

Thanks for the big ups fellow hydro head.

What new genes are you working with?
Hydro FTW... I've got a couple clones (White Widow, Bubba Kush, and Purple Kush) and currently Chemdog DUD and SIS have sprouted... Also got one bean of SFV OG and some mystery kush beans that I'm nursing along.

BTW, I'm learning how to dial in the PPM's and was wondering how you mix... do you add the recommended doses and then dilute with R/O water to hit the desired PPM's? This obviously keeps the same ratios, but I think my clones are wanting more Ca and Mg...

I was looking at some pics I took the other day and came across some pm on the SCREME and then I SCREAMED!!!

Gardencure and sulfer burner to the rescue.

Looked over both tables and could'nt find anymore. I know there has got to be more. Noticed the a.c. was accidentaly blowing on this branch and that might be the prob.

Check out the pic...
