It's been 7 years since my last grow, finally able to start another. Picking up a Strawberry Banana (Dark Heart Nursery) clone today.

Here are the specs:
Plants: 1
Tent: CoolGrows 2x2x4
Light: King Plus 2000w
Grow Medium: Hydroton, Rockwool
Nutrients: Fox Farm (Grow Big, Big Bloom & Tiger Bloom)
System: DWC, 3 Gallon bucket

Planning to use LST/HST, super cropping, etc.. I've done this in the past and it worked quite well, will be using the same bucket form these pics (pics are from ~8 Years ago):

Will post pictures of the new setup once I pick up my clone today.

I'm interested to see this. Real simple system. The nutrients are a but salty and have a good amount of sediment. Wonder how that will work with your stones. I love lst, supercropping and scrog so I like your method. Good luck !

Thanks Diesel (both of you!), always enjoy the feedback from the diaries I've made. End result is always extra fire cause the input.

But these damn LEDs are HOT (surprise for me). During a test w/o the plant in the tent, temps rose to 93Fº (WTF?!). After breaking an old fan and rigging it into the top vent, securing it with the built-in bungy. I was able to get consistent temps < 80

Seeing how daytime temps are suboptimal with the unexpected LED heat, I decided to do my 12hrs of light overnight where temps get much colder (~10+ Fº drop). I purchased a premium clone, which basically means it's been a clone for ~3+ wks and has roots exposed throughout the Rockwool. Given I'm doing a 2x2x4 grow with LEDs, I will be flowering from day 1. So we'll get to skip straight to the fun stuff.

The future of this plant; the good, that bad, and the ugly will all be posted as things progress.

I as well had heat problem when I grew in an attic. I would have the lights off in the day and on at night. Ventilation is so important , don't go cheap. Get a decent can fan. $60 Amazon. With a controller .

Thanks. I'll keep an eye on the temps and see what happens, the current fan is a Vornado 633 which pulls up to 389 CFM (on the "high" setting).

A 2x2x4 tent is only 16 cubic feet, meaning the air is recirculated with outside air more than 24 times every minute (~once every 3 seconds). It's currently making my tent have a sucked in appearance from all 4 sides, so I'm not sure more CFM would help.

Woke up to check on the plant, temps at 73Fº, no signs of nute burn or transplant stress, so far so good. You guys still having trouble seeing the pictures? I see them on my end.

That's really weird, cause I can see them all just fine. Even if I log out, or use another browser, or incognito mode. Can you view them if you're logged out or is it the same?

Yeah, that's what I did. Then I copied that URL and used it for my IMG source.

SUPER annoying I can't edit my posts to try and fix it. I'll just upload them all here.

Can you see these?

Yeah I can. You cant use an img host gotta upload to the farm through that button. It's actually really easy once you do it a few times.

I didn't use a img host, I uploaded them here on THC Farmer and used the URL it provided as my img link so I could put the pics in my text rather than all at the bottom. Apparently, that doesn't work, even though I can see all the pictures just fine on my end.

Yeah, gotta type, upload & insert as full img, then continue.Takes a lil figuring out but I do decent on my phone now.
