income tax implies that you as a person, are in possession of an incorporeal estate as of a fee simple, and the government basically owns you and as such has capital dominion(per baroniam) so they have the right to tax any increase in value.

My (and im sure others) frustration isn't directed toward dispensary owners, they cant help for the most part the prices they set if they wanna stay legal. They are at the mercy of the government also, therefore dispensary owners are also being raped. Wonderful reason to grow!!
