For the record adding it will likely make things worse. Here is my hypothesis, AN does claim to have all the secondary nutes, however I believe my problem is that I'm running autoflowers, and probably 1/4 nutes, however I'm pretty sure autoflowers still require normal calcium / Magnesium levels, which is probably where I'm running into a deficiency. I added some Advanced Nutrients Cal/Mag at 1/3rd dose to try to fight the deficiency and will keep an eye on ph over the next few days, I'll correct PH if needed and next time around I'll prob opt for dif nutes for autoflower strains.
It can take up to week to see results from a change in nutrients. Can even go 400 I betMy PPM was 300 in this recent water change ( distilled + nutes ) temps around 79-81 in tent and I'd assume my solution temps are around 74-75 ( I put my air pumps outside of tent in 73F temps to keep water temp lower than ambient in tent. I dropped humidistat on the humidifier I got. so I'll try to hold 60%.
No lst is fine your good on that broI'm not doing wrong by beginning LST already eh? I noticed she had several nodes and a beefy stalk already so I bent stalk lightly back and forth a few times, secured base, and pulled the top over and 1 branch that had a big leaf blocking the new undergrowth.
Looking alot better eh! Just bumped her up to 500ppm / Half Strength nutes, will see how she goes and add cal/mag again if I see additional brown spottingNo lst is fine your good on that bro
Looking much better man. IMO don't add the cal mag. I think the issue was just to weak of nutrient solution. You shouldn't see this issue again now that the ppm is up... I would hold at 400-500ppm it will probably be a good range for you for a while yet.Looking alot better eh! So was and still is def calcium or magnesium deficiency. 1 day after I did that fresh water change and nutes at 1/2 str this time ( 520ppm and no cal/mag ) the brown "rusting" was all over the older leaves and starting to show up on some newer growth. I'm 100% certain I dropped a half dose of cal/mag, and again she perked right up, huge growth.Looking much better man. IMO don't add the cal mag. Don't think thats a cal mag issue... are those leaf tips resting on the bucket can you get a side pic? Looking at the old and new pics it looks like old damage that will continue to get worseSo was and still is def calcium or magnesium deficiency. 1 day after I did that fresh water change and nutes at 1/2 str this time ( 520ppm and no cal/mag ) the brown "rusting" was all over the older leaves and starting to show up on some newer growth.
