why not just contact her and tell her to come get her stuff,give her a date line to do so,if she doesnt take it down to local shelter for folks in need bro,just send certified mail so you have documentation that you tried to get her to get it gone,documenta tion saves the day

i agree,but with a twist,i would put some type of pipping in the ribs were the building could still breath when it expands or retracts if you dig,like small channel iron say 1/2 in running down the inside rib were it could breath mainly in summer months,them building get ot as hell ,no joke,example in summer when your trying to cool one them hot bitch off with a ac,go out and spray the top of roof off with a water hose and the temp will imedaitly drop by at least 10 degrees.

You can usually rent the machine from Home Depot... It's 2tanks and heated, it mixes in the air and sticks like glue. The hardest part is just getting the feel so you don't add to much since you can make yourself a lot of trimming. Just let dry the trim if needed. But you need to plan a place to stay for 24hrs while it friend and cures. Not good for people or pets.
