hahahah right,and think there gonna stop vaping hahah right,i never got ahold of much hash,when i did it was a work buddy that usally had it,to pricey for a feller living in his car ahahah most hash came around during winter months when we werent working ,hard times in winter working in constrution,i do remember the blonde though,smooth tasting stuff,i bought some them bags and made myself some,shit on that to much damn work for such little return,was good though,wound up using them bags to make teas from,if i bought them again it would be th 5 gal bags,them little 1 gal bags wore me out hahahah

Blonde was the shit I smoked lots of. Man I still remember my mom making me scrub the coloration off her knives when she found em in my room.... Fucking days. I was told until I got them clean I was not going out... After a few days I fucking gave up and after a week I was allowed out. She knew dam well you couldn't clean that discoloration off. I dam near wore down a box of steel wool trying and those knives were fuckin thinner. I will never forget that

right,and it was called dirt weed then,hahahahah man we would smoke one about 4 of us,get out and lay concrete for hours rolling on the shit in the soring sun,had a damn concrete truck driver sold the stuff right out the truck hahahah,my down fall then and now,i cant roll a pin joint,all mine are like damn cigerretes hahaha,even my rolling machine i cant roll pin joints with it,i only smoke about 5 hits max and lay off to later in the evening,so one doobie last me a wole day hahahah,light weight

It was called “brown weed” roind my way. At that time we could go into philladelphia to an asian corner store and if they know you were cool they would show you a menu. It said...

Hawaiian $20
Black Ganja $20
Mexican $10

And it changed all the time. It came as a gram or two in a little glass jar.

It was real Maui wowie. African Black. Or the international weed of the month. I still have never smoked anything like those trippy grams. Actual visuals like in hippie cartoons.

And they were old and maybe moldy sometimes. I know that now. Lol.

I'm relatively new to smoking in the scheme of things. When I was a kid most of the stuff I smoke was hash started at 12 and stopped in my teens. Came back to it for medical reasons. I'm a lightweight smoker. So I never had the pleasure to smoke the old strains atleast I didn't even know wtf it was when I did.... I was a kid it was weed. The hash I could name a few but not the weed

Haha I heard of it back then but never did get to smoke it. It sounds like I missed out on a lot of the good shit when I was young... Kinda jealous but the stigma prevented it. I'm very thankful that I revisited it on my doctor's recommendation. It's a lifesaver

We used a pint glass, a paper matchbook and a thumbtack. Slid off the edge of the table to hit the smoke filled glass and slide it around the circle for everyone.

We used to put beer mugs in the freezer then blades on the stove and put it in the upside down mug to burn it. You could dip it over and the cold smoke would sit in the glass and you would tip it up like your were drinking and suck it in.... Hahaha the shit ya do as kids

would be cool to try but same time Idk dudes, many old hippies claiming weed used to be so much better before, more visuals, trippy etc but I kinda think its alot of nostalgia and also you were young and inexpirenced and your brain was not developed fully yet. Just looking at those old weed photos shows you were mostly smoking uncured moldy chlorophyl buds. I remember smoking as a teen in early 2000s and being a noob the high was completly diffrent from what it is now more visual etc. But then the brain develops fully and gets use to THC and now not even purest hash or weed strains cant make me feel even close to what I felt when I was a teen smoking. Its not the strains etc is the brain that develops and grows partial immunity to thc

I agree. We were kids. Everything was bigger and better to out young minds. But when we happened along some old school stuff in the 90’s it was still trippy. And the white widow and skunk and chem. Not so much. But they sure flowered fast and yielded more. The effects have become fuzzier and shorter lived. Seems short time flowering phenos and less smelly ones in an illegal world was the culprit.

Now they are making it worse focusing on frost and frosty leaves and mainly high thc content. When the canabanoids were more balanced and the thc was still in the teens the weed had a much fuller more interesting effect. Thats why i stick with more classic hybrids rather than newer combinations. And at least 10 week strains. I feel they have a more complex high.

And none of the weed I got looked like the scrap in the high times poster. Not even the acapulco gold. It was resiny buds. Just very dry from storage and travel.

Fir sure got some good pot but as you said we (bought straight from the Mexicans) would find fresh bud or moldy bud in the middle of 100 lbs bales! Even worms! Bugs even trash ! Never even blinked twice 1- it’s what was available 2- it was cheap ! I don’t member for sure but like 350-$500 an elbow and like 6-7000 for a bale ! Suppose that’s to much info but fuck it !
