i see people selling seeds on facebook

I went through facebook last night and found 3 adds for marijuana seeds. Does one need to be a caregiver to sell seeds? they dont have thc content nor is it flower. Can we do this in michigan without a license?

Seeds are allowed, it's all in how you word it. Check your states cannabis bylaws on how you can sell. I believe Michigan has the most lenient laws, good people wrote them.

Yea in michigan you have to be a licensed caregiver to sell anything, recreational is only for personal.

Or you need a commerical license.

But the police dont even give a shit. Its more if your making $1000's of dollars and the DEA catches wind of it, and since there is an electronic paper trail if you ever made enough off selling seeds you best believe the IRS would be getting involved!

Yea some companies wont even respond to emails about planting seeds. But if you send an email saying whats up, they'll respond.

They had cali connect seeds at the grow store.

I guess clones is a seperate license. A friend with a grow shop has applied for a rec club and commercial grow license. It will all be in one location. A storefront and connected warehouse. Even has a luxury apartment upstairs for the owner.
