I went through facebook last night and found 3 adds for marijuana seeds. Does one need to be a caregiver to sell seeds? they dont have thc content nor is it flower. Can we do this in michigan without a license?
nugg think so to which question. Do we have to be a caregiver or can we sell without a license in michigan? whats your thoughts?
Yea in michigan you have to be a licensed caregiver to sell anything, recreational is only for personal.
Or you need a commerical license.
Hopefully it will be federally legal soon! Thats when the real fun beginsMan I cant wait for the day we become legal. Hurry up Pennsylvania!!!
I hear you on that one.....we can get a green card here and buy flower but it isn't worth the product.Hopefully it will be federally legal soon! Thats when the real fun begins
They are sold as “novelty” items so it’s legal.
That’s already the case in California and the dispensary product is inferior.Even when fully legal....the black market will still rule all. It will be regulated so badly by the feds....the costs from taxes and such wont be worth it.
It’s pretty common practice and the seller can’t control what the buyer does with it
The person better have a good lawyer! Lol... That would fly over in court!
But the police dont even give a shit. Its more if your making $1000's of dollars and the DEA catches wind of it, and since there is an electronic paper trail if you ever made enough off selling seeds you best believe the IRS would be getting involved!
Yea some companies wont even respond to emails about planting seeds. But if you send an email saying whats up, they'll respond. It’s pretty common practice and the seller can’t control what the buyer does with it

You can buy seeds, clones, bud if you are recreational though
