Weird but I actually stopped getting bronchitis yearly after I started smoking cigarettes. I'm a physical oddity tho lol. I live on junk food, grease, caffeine but I'm very healthy. Wish I could share my good health with everyone, havent figured out how tho
That’s phenomenal! Haha

We had a frost this morning!
75 yesterday, my wife planted 15 pony packs of flowers.
We have a late winter storm coming in this weekend! Gonna dump a few feet of snow in the mtns. Unfortunately all the ski resorts at Tahoe closed due to the virus and Cali + Nevada lock downs.
My snow blower has not been emptied of gas yet, and I am ready.

With all the boredom, I WILL grow a few outdoors this yr..just for shits and giggles.

Any DIY ideas that can be done cheaply to provide a visual barrier? I can grow outside if my plants can't be seen by my neighbors.

Eventually I will be buying privacy fence. I was going to do it this summer until the virus hit ...

Do you have a metal shed?
I've seen many over the years with a polycarbonate panels in the roof.
A 10x10 holds a lot, airflow, airflow though.

I am lucky and have a privacy fence, + my house sits up higher than the street on a small hill.

I use one of these to both keep the mid day sun away a little, and when they begin to stretch..it also helps to hide them. Mounted using PVC and mounted sorta vertically (this was mounted on an old swing frame with zip ties)

Again. The first viral outbreak like this happened 5 years before radio was even invented. Maybe try watching history videos instead of you tube conspiracy theory vids. Look up the asiatic or Russian flu. All the silly videos about the radio waves causing the virus leave the first known virus out to prove the theory. Science doesnt work that way. Feelings do.

Of course they also identified the bat dna in the corona virus. All these sicknesses came from animals and jumped to humans.

Of course we are all allowed to post our opinion of we stick to the rules.

Is the G5 theory religion or politics?

I have a 10 x 12 wooden shed with a shingled roof. I'd rather not use that though. I might buy a lean-to style greenhouse and put it against the garage. It's more like a tent so it's remove-able and not expensive.

Pretty sure it has to be a solid and lockable structure like when we only had medical.

Also be very aware of rippers. If you do well outside the theives will know when to steal your plants while you are waiting for ripening.

I'm not so sure it matters as much if it's religion or politics. What is disturbing is when you see facts, half-facts (sometimes it's even outright lies) twisted and used for an agenda.

I do worry about that. I don't worry about the law. I worry about the uninvited attention ... but you are right about the locked enclosure.

punk ass city I live in limits fence height to 6 feet and any plants that can be seen are super illegal

and my neighborhood is super hilly so everyone can see in everyone else's yard.
I was pissed to find out i couldn't grow anything outside here.

I am really close to the talking the wife into letting me build a small greenhouse.
"small" is a relative term honey

Me too. I live on a corner and have no real back yard. Its all visible. Even a structure would be too obvious to ignore.

Living in the city, under today's rules I only dream about growing outside. I'm not a guy who wants a bunch of trouble coming around. I can enclose something with-in my yard even with the city's ordinance. There's not a lot I can do keep out a determined thief without extreme measures and likely money spent. It's not worth the hassle ... but it doesn't stop the dream of putting cannabis next to my corn outside some year.

Just gorilla grow in the corn field like the old days. Probably easier for me. There are corn fields surrounding my subdivision. I never did it but the farmers tell me to plant when the corn is a few feet tall and i could harvest before they come back to take down the corn.
