1 out of 3 Gophers turned out to be a girl, she’s out on the deck in a big pot and growing fast with the Alaskan Purple photo and the Blackberry photo. First time I had to cull boys. 😿

My White Widow fem from 00 Seeds sprouted and was moved into a cup, and today 2 out of 3 Double Black x Hyper Glue photos from Reno Genetics sprouted and were moved into cups.

I’ve switched to Fox Farms potting soil, and am using Pure Blend Pro, Cal-Mag and Epsom salts.

I’m getting lots of new tastes from a number of strains, and the whole farming adventure is still super fun! 👩‍🌾

A view from my tree deck. Nobody can see my plants from the ground. Soon there will be so much sun for the rest of the year they will be happy for a little tree shade.

Nice, nice trio!
And yeah its tough cutting down them boys after loving on them for over a month. And many times they are the biggest.
If they are good strains sometimes i try to collect pollen from a trimmed back one.
That Gopher reminds me of hemp.

how much epsom salt are you using for mag deficiencies? I have heard that it works but wasnt sure how much to use per gallon

@SkunkyDunk Thank you. I'll see how this season goes on the deck. If successful, I have room out there for a male for pollination.

@CannabisKyd I have a small jar I mix everything in before adding it to the gallon. It dissolves well.

One small male flower cluster can lightly pollenate half a dozen flowers on 3 or 4 girls for a nice variety. Its fun to see the hybrid vigor and the combos of smells and flavors.
And nothing comes close to growing under the sun!

Well. I was just grinding up some of the Blackberry Kush I harvested 2/27 of this year to vape, and found a seed. The only other plant in the tent at that time was a female Tangerine Dream. Now I know I don't know what to look for as far as a female doing the hermie. Every day is something new. Whew. 😳 I didn't even notice seeds when I was trimming.

Take it from someone with nanner problems, they are hard to see and remove before they open. I have to put on my old man glasses to find them. Usually they appear as a light green spot in a sea of white pistils.

By the way that's a beautiful lavender plant beside yer babies!

Be careful I raised a male in its own tent pollinated one branch on a skunk plant let it sit outside my flower tent am I believe the I take fan snatched up the pollen and now I have a tent full of seedy ( Mexican) pot and I’m sure most o the seeds will be useless. Damn sorry for the rant cat! Lol
It’s fun just be careful.

I was wondering what that was it's very nice very impressive!

Thank you, @Hidd3nGr0w ! @Beachwalker It's a small lavender tree, I'll be starting a bee/butterfly flower collection shortly. I haven't seen any bees yet, tho, but it hasn't warmed up yet.
I did not know that type of lavender was a tree, shoot I got to re-pot mine into a bigger pot now. I have another different type as well, they grow beside my jasmine tree along with the bee's balm.

Still waiting for my attempt at rose breeding to stratify and come up (crosses fingers) hopeful by june so I can set them outside.

Hi guys! In a week the girls out on the deck have grown like crazy. I have trimmed leaves off so I can keep an eye out for invaders. All plants are growing and very happy to be back with the Pure Blend Pro with Cal-Mag and Epsom salts. The salts changed everything. I’m hopeful that going forward I won’t have yellowing leaves well before harvest.

In the tiny tent is the trimmed up Blackberry OG CBD. She’s looking really good to me, but she is a dwarf. Her sister is outside and growing like the photo weed she is. All four seedlings sprouted are doing well. The three Double Black x Hyper Glue are growing out of Fox Farm soil and happy. White Widow is in my old soil and ahead of the others by a few days, and much bigger. Thank you as always for your useful tips and observations. Now that its nice outside, I’m spending as much time with my deck girls as my hothouse girls. Cheers!
