I think so but I use tea in coco to start the plants. I condition the coco with a 24hr high cal/mag solution (1000-2000 ppm) to change the cation exchange sites, rinse well. Transplant seedling (usually 1" rockwool or 2" peat pot of coco) into a half or 1+ gallon pot of coco and first watering is with tea to start the mycorrhiza fungi and then switch to half strength hydro nutes (MasterBlend). I don't see the same amount of fungi in coco than that in soil but it's there.Just a question if you've got time to explain alg if not when using enzymes in coco is that something different that the usual brand of nutes include as additives or?
Hey Dirtbag , As far as yeast goes at one time yes we used specific ones , that was a while go , what they were my memory ain't that good lol , the only time I use it now is if I have a really light feeder, I'll slack way back on the salts and use that with some other stuff to finish up.
Coco vs Hydro lol not sure I want to get into that, but here is what I'll say , I used everything over the years extensively, and not in basement rooms, and with smart people that knew their shit, we compared everything , and coco can grow know questions and a lot of people can grow better in it then hydro, it is easier, but dialed in coco system vs a dialed in hydro , coco can't keep up, I've done this test and proved many guys wrong on many times. hydro was my thing I was running a bucket system 20+ years ago anyhow and guys I knew long before that, I don't even use hydro or coco anymore I have no need for myself ,I run a sunshine with some coco in it , but bro your grow looks sweet keep it going

Some politicians said you can trap flu with the sticky traps , thats why they are sold out , if you make a vest with them , your safe...Local shop finally had some sticky traps in stock. Essential aspect of IPM. Usually I'd have have them everywhere already but it seems the strangest things are sold out these days...View attachment 966616
Is it something i should try? Or something that takes a lot of care? Bout 3 weeks away from flipYeah it's different. It breaks down ionic bonds unlocking nutrient salts that are stuck in the media and breaks down old dead root material.
Dollar stores have them cheap.I bought a pack of 10 for $2.Local shop finally had some sticky traps in stock. Essential aspect of IPM. Usually I'd have have them everywhere already but it seems the strangest things are sold out these days...View attachment 966616
A little late to the party, but did you get a bag seed here 1st pic? Hahahaaa...Score!Maybe not the best pics but this is some pot he produced, we traded a few oz last night. His bags are always comprised of nice compact and well developed nuggets. Not the flarf you would expect from a defoliated crop is it. And the burn and flavour is off the charts.
I'm a results oriented guy, and his results are impressive.View attachment 966024View attachment 966025View attachment 966026

Nah bro... Not on par... High jump record in coco lmao.Well, I have no doubt that dwc vegges faster. That is a friggin jungle Aqua Man!
I'm really only comparing this to substrate based hydro systems like slabs or Hugo's, and I believe it's on Par for sure.
Wow , that' over 2 months of growth for me in my peat mix. I'd love to get into the dwc method but I'm going to have to wait until I find a set up at an estate sale or elsewhere. I've seen side by side DWC vs Promix and DWC blows it away.Dec 6- Jan 1 all veg so no stretch for comparison to hydro... I would say not to far off. I have to say as far as coco don't think I've seen growth as fast as yours on here.
