its been a few years since i did this but i'm on my way now, i inoculated with spores last thursday..

Second pf jars. Just showing this mold.
Cause?
Did not use tin foil with these jars. Used the lid with 4 separate holes for injection ports.
Then sealed the holes after injecting.
Is this mold caused from off gassing not being able to escape?

1.5 hours in a pressure cooker at 16 psi,
Syringe needle was brand new in the factory sealed package.
I fucked up some where!
Proper disposal?

I would suspect the spore print/syringe, i have cleaned bad prints on agar. Even in my last round of purchased syringes i had dirty jars. After agar no contams at all.

What about off gassing?
Is that an issue here?
Just for my own knowledge

Best to toss these and start over?
Can’t run them through the pressure cooker as is and start over?

Only toss the contaminated ones. Some might make it yet. I normally don't recook. I have reinjected clean jars that didnt germinate though.

that is an awesome harvest!!!!! that is just crazy goodness and i definitely need to try tub growing!!!! your dryer shot is one for albums right there!!! great job man!!

the other strain i have colonizing is a couple weeks behind for some reason... i think it has to do with my error, i was much more comfortable with the syringe on the second time.... they're looking ok, just delayed thats all...

Random spore floating around the air landed on your needle when you injected.. Shit happens man nature ain't perfect :D

Could be, but I’m very diligent about cleanliness when it comes time to inject the spores.
I do everything in here. Everything and I mean everything is whipped down with isopropyl and cleaned.

Hey even lysol says on the can, It kills 99.9% theres still that .1% that can survive a fucking nuclear bomb!

Btw thats an impressive as hell fuckn glvoe box!!!! :D

Next go all out and build a custom laminar flow hood? :D:D:D

a buddy of mine upgraded his sandblaster and is gonna give me his old one... i was gonna just use it as a sandblaster but man now you got me thinking!!!!!

did you remember to wipe and dry the top lip of your jars before putting the dry layer of verm in?
