Welcome to the farm. Stretch is over and she won't grow much more in terms of size.. she is putting all her energy into making buds now.

easy on watering, i can see the effects of over watering or medium too wet for too long.

It's just pollen on the leaves it's really sticky so all the pollen stuck to it

You can certainly pamper her now in bloom to bust out those buds as big as possible.
