Is it alright to flip soon after bending? given the new stress?

Yes a healthy plant will start to turn back up the bent branch in a few hours. And like i said i do it all through flower. Not veg.

No. Well maybe if a plant gets too tall but i would likely top them in veg. I guess it depends on the plant structure. I grow them as big as i can in 5-6 weeks and bend them in half to fit my low room in flower.

Some accidental HST.
Cleaned up some bottom foliage & fed, since my diary week starts on Tuesday I think I will flip then.
I think the one tie down took pretty well.
