Yup, LD is right. They have come a very long way with LEDs in the past 10 years. A lot of factors come into play here, but usually I do just fine with my LEDs compared to MH/HPS lights, they just have to be a lot closer to the plants, usually. However I personally have yet to see an LED that can compare to a nice Double Ended bulb like Gavitas.. Those things are just monsters. I'm sure there's LEDs out there that compare, I just haven't personally seen one.

It should say. Low bin samsung diodes and bottom of the line supplemental reds and purposely underpowered compared to the competition but costs more than its chinese competitors.

They are copying marshydro business model. Wonder why mars got banned? ;-)

It should say let people make up there own mind.. And fuck mars hydro lights i have 2 of them, I hate the mounting system, I hate the dimmable shit stuck INSIDE THE FUCKING DRIVER! I gotta jam a screw driver in there to dim my lights, thats just stupid and dangerous risking my life . . . GTFO..

But for real your gonna need to prove there LOW BIN samsung diodes cuz i wasn't aware samsung had varying degrees of quality when it comes to LEDS they sell, was not aware they liked there name trashed and tarnished by selling lower quality brand name diodes and all like you claim is FACT.. without any proof,, but people should just believe you cuz your honest ROFL.. thats just str8 up trumpism right there.. omg I was wondering where you got this act from now i get it..

How close do you hang the new LEDs? My mini sunbursts can be less then a foot away without burning.

IDK prolly 2 feet or so, I go by lumens so right now there getting around 30k @ i would say 2 feet with 50-75% intensity, hard to say with these fuckin mars lights..

More than I care to think about! Yeah they gave us a discount for a big order but I'll say it was a huge investment. They paid for themselves after a couple of years and extensive use, but I'm still pretty disappointed that I only have 15 that still work properly. The rest all have issues either won't turn on, burnt out diodes, etc. etc.. They're not even 10 years old yet.. Meh.

I suggest you research more before you post.

The grow business is more full of false claims and bullshit marketing that it ever was. I had hoped for better but there is a lot of money to be made on hobbyists.


And as far as legitimacy goes. You are helping to sell a light you know nothing about except they gave you a free one. You dont even have it yet but you are linking sale pages.

Thats one of my biggest concerns with these lights is how long will they REALLY last.. I know the claims of 100,000 hours or whatever there claiming is bullshit..

Its funny people call em cheap chinese lights but i don't recall over 500$ for my mars hydro being cheap..Fuckers die out quick imma be really pissed off.

We run hps and several decent quality led,s. When we started the hps always were out producing the led,s. Not anymore. We finally did some research and changed up pr feed and temps. The led,s most runs produce bigger buds. Same rooms, same lights. Changed up what we were doing.

Imo everything is headed to LED. LET ME BE CLEAR.... LED IS NOT LED... Some are garbage and some are imo more capable than HID.
