Completely agree. It’s never done. Just how far you want to take it. These are clowns that have all been topped and then bent the next day. Not sure if they post in the right order but they turned for the light in less than ten hours. My plants in flower were treated aggressively. Clones came from the same plants. I need them short. Plant is sour diesel a sativa. In week 11 of flower. You can bend break pull more and more almost dailyThey are going to keep growing toward the light. When I train its a constant process of tying and retying to shape the plant. All you have to do is either reposition the tie or add more to the area you want to hold back. Think of it like braces (teeth braces) for your plant, it is not a one and done thing. I would also tie it so that you have a loose loop holding the branches, your ties look too tight and will choke off the branches if they grow any thicker.
