OK this will be another cluster fuck mother hunt but done in coco with auto feed. Over the next week I will be putting things together starting Sunday and buying the remaining items for the auto feed and auto drain system.

Will be using corrugated roofing panels, a gutter and a 2x3 frame with a condensate pump for a furnace to dispose of the runoff right down the drain.

Same sealed room same light for this grow and prob the last grow under it.

Strains will be Greenpoint Cake N Chem and Dragonflames blueberry dragon cheese. Will be popping these likely tomorrow or Sunday

Will get some pics up Sunday after there is something to show.
I will be following for sure

I'm going be using these corrugated panels in an upcoming build. So skill saw isn't the best option to cut these to size? Should I be scoring and snapping off, same way you would cut drywall?
I would use a skilsaw but reverse the blade. This avoids grabbing and chipping. I usie skilsaw to cut metal roofing all the time
Looking forward to updates!

Cool! I look forward to seeing how you approach a production run.
Well my reasons for it are a fast turnaround, dense, even bud production with even canopy and little to no pruning, training or upkeep, my height limitations.

So for me I think coco SOG is the way to go. I'm lazy, I can grow 4 crops a year with almost no work put into it.

lol, that sentence reminds me of a friend who is also in search for a sog mother plant. Funny enough he is also doing it in coco

Yeah one downside is production vs plant count, which for legal reasons sucks here. But idk if there are really any others.....it's more or less my default.

Interested in how you go about your feeding dosage with these..
Start once a day at 400ppm for the first week then 600ppm the next. 800ppm through stretch and flower until the last couple weeks taper down. Increasing frequency based on the same method as I made the thread for coco

But I need to run a bit higher because of co2. If no co2 I would probably drop those by 100-200ppm.

Ok better summary.

24 1 gal pots pure coco. Autofeed and drain as im using now. May end up pulling as many as half depending in what things look like after a week of veg. I have other ppl that always looking for some plants so they won't go to waste.

Feeding 400ppm first week, 600 second week and 800 stretch to late flower.

Feed frequency done exactly like this.

I'm a lazy bastard if I can get away with less work.... I will. I prefer to call it working smarter not harder lol. At least thats how I justify my laziness.

Somewhere down the road here I will put in autotop off and dosing pumps. It may be months to years away. Few upgrades at a time as the grows pay for it.

Eventually I'm hoping to get to a point where I plant and can come back at harvest. Of course checking in and watch the plants as they grow but not having to do anything but punch in some numbers.

Part of it is just to see if I can... and I'm pretty confident I can get there pretty cheap compared to big ag with some ingenuity

working smart is not being lazy 😁, but i wonder how the results would be with no training and defoliation
Thats why 1-2 week veg then flip. They don't have time to get like this shit show of a grow 😁.

I also think I will avoid topping to keep more vertical grow. And I know the cake n chem and gelato kinda need it. But we will see. Plans will change slightly depending which way I go.

What size pot? 1 gal still? 2?

1gal but i can prob even go a touch smaller... im actually pretty surprised how far you can push in a 1 gal pot.... I was fully expecting issues there but so far so good as long as they are fed often enough.

I'm kinda thinking of trying some nursery bags that are smaller than 1 gal. But again will see.
