Anyone else having issues with Mars Hydro?

Thanks everyone. I'm pretty patient, but I really get frustrated by companies that can't even send an email within 24 hours. I'm waiting until the end of Monday before I send all evidence to PayPal for a refund. Still have heard nothing from email, website, etc. Definitely don't order off their site.

Give it some time. I was about to do the same with my order but I got a response 1-2 weeks later. I'm glad I waited!!! I think the emails come from china but was shipped from california!!! I bought mine thru their Amazon store.

I reached out to Spider Farmer and Mars when I was first buying a light. SF took almost a week to reply. Mars was instant. That's why I went with them. If they don't fix this soon, they'll lose me for life. Not impressed.
The TSL2000 does not have Samsung LED's or Meanwell drivers unless they just don't state that, but it doesn't say on the chips or the driver. I wouldn't say they're the worst, but I'm not impressed with customer service. If I don't hear from them tomorrow, I'm disputing the charge for a refund and buying from someone else.
I've never had a problem with Mars, but I've always bought thru Amazon. Received on time each time. I think a few others are correct,if you buy from China, like "Wish" prices are fantastic but you wait usually 3 weeks or so.

I’m a small business owner in the US and I don’t answer business emails on the weekend either. We all need time off.

I first emailed them Wednesday morning, they didn't reply Wednesday, Thursday or Friday and their voice-mail was full day and night so they haven't even been checking them.

Only issue I had was a faulty timer (in a complete tent/light kit). I ordered directly from the company. Emailed them about the problem and they then started the back and forth emails asking for photos etc. How in the world does a photo show a timer not working??. Anyway told them never mind, I'll just buy another on my own as it wasn't worth the hassles for a $10 timer. I then left an review on Amazon regarding my experience. They then immediately responded (to my previous email, not on amazon) with a link to the timer on Amazon and refunded the cost plus a little more to my CC. Then they asked if I would please delete the review off amazon. I did not do so, but did update the review stating they eventually made things right. Funny how I got no helpful customer support until I posted a somewhat negative review, then they went out of their way to fix the issue. That shouldn't be necessary IMO.

I never rated it or anything, then I get a notice saying they would give me a $10 credit if I gave it a 5 star rating. Anyone else experience this? Rarely do I give a 5 star on a broken item, am I wrong? lol

South east US. If you do order speak to Vicky, she was about ~$20 cheaper that Vivi, the coworker I used. It was around $185 shipped, shipping was $56. I got the 240 watt version, havent set it up yet. Still buying parts and pieces I need

That's funny that they wanted you to change your review or rating. About 2 weeks I had to return a faulty ph tester. I never rated it or anything, then I get a notice saying they would give me a $10 credit if I gave it a 5 star rating. Anyone else experience this? Rarely do I give a 5 star on a broken item, am I wrong? lol
There are companies that solicit 5 stars reviews - for small business.

Thats wild...mine shipped from Kentucky.Had them the next day with prime.The Vivosun tent,fan,duct work all came from New Jersey.Was in contact with people in the USA.Everything was on sale for Christmas.10x10...379.00 after tax.Mars ts 3000s 425 each because i ordered 4.

I ordered from their site, tracking finally updated 2 days ago, supposed to be here today, delayed to tomorrow. We'll see
