So what type of average #’s are you getting with your set up? I’ve always thought bout trying to do a dwc setup.
These are my first 2 runs with a RDWC system. I've grown in soil for many years. I was averaging 4-5 oz on Autos in soil, first run with this was 3 times that at 14oz!!! And I've NEVER grown a plant this size indoor. So I am really excited for this harvest. Would like to see 1 lb -1.5 lbs from her. Has definitely been a FUN!! experience switching styles of grow. I have gained a good amount of knowledge and better grasp of nutrient profiles. Stick around for this spring when I put up my 8' x 35' Barn build, running multiple systems and experiments.

Starting to defoliate today and make sure there is good circulation. Going to have to add a extra netting layer since they can hardly stand on their own now. Will be a fun game of tucking and weaving, but should look wonderful when finished. I'll put some more up when done.

Here is a cutting of the N.Lights that finally took root. Was taken few days before 12/12 flip. Never did anything but toss it in a mason jar with water, changed water every other day. Took forever to root, but never lost its green.

The jar is wrapped with green tape then foil tape. It's not algae or anything. Didn't think about it before I did it LOL.
I have a Zombie Death F*ck growing now (bag seed, MI grower) that I'm wanting to be male so I can make a few crosses. And this clone may be one that I'll use.
Other 2 that I have growing for mother/breeding are Fruit Salad, Expert seeds and White Widow, Seedsman seeds.

Thinned out a lot of fan leaves and opened up a good amount of airflow through canopy. 2nd net in place now, stood up as many tops as I could but ran out of stringers.
Got 2 nice bowl toppers from scissor hash while doing it all. Nice energetic heady high.

This Saturday will be 8 weeks.
Starting flush today. Will be using Flawless Finish this time around. Found a banana poking out today so she is definitely ready.

Very nice! I think nanners are more likely to occur when defoliation or pruning is done late in flower like past 3 weeks or so. Imo I don't think they look ready cuz of all the white pistils. I was just checking a few buds on my recent harvest that most pistils were orange and curled up but the trichomes are mostly clear still so I think next harvest I'l give em an extra week atleast. Chopped last ones at day 63 from 12/12 flip.

I think they came from me messing with light cycle just a bit for the one week, at week 5. I do agree they could go longer so perhaps I'll just let it go and pick if needed. PPMs are down to 530-ish, so I'll just top up with plain water, then start flush Sat/Sun depending on trichomes.
No rush here. Im only now popping 2 more Auto seeds. Running another Tutankhamon side by side with a Kryptonite this time, both from Pyramid seeds.

Right on man yea probly worth the patience to wait lol. That huge plant makes me think of my hydro plant right now, it's fn massive and not even in flower yet lol was not expecting it to get so huge. Been vegging a lil over 2 months and even had a bad time at first due to ph probs. This 1 plant is gonna take half the 4x8 tent lol not trellised tho, it's not as big as yours

Circle day 70 on your calendar and cut her then.

70 days is a good number for most newer growers to aim for on the first few grows as there's a lot happening those last days and it is quite visible.

Patience is a wonderful thing.
+1

Most breeders project timelines that don't apply to all growers. 70 days is a great target, and 90% of strains will love you all the more for it.

I've always found out some of it depends on temps as well with certain strains. Some slow down if it's cooler and others speed up the finishing process.

It's hard to go by any timeline for this gal.
Was from a Auto flower 10 seed pack and was NOT Auto and website says 6-7 weeks for the Photoperiod.
Since I have never had any finish at 6-7 weeks I just went with the 7-8 week time frame.
Just been watching it close and was worrying about herms, but being this late into flower....... I hope it wouldn't have much time to really form anything

This next week here is supposed to be warmer so back to work on the barn. Want the next run to be in there. Tired of the basement.

Looks like possibly some time this week. These were as deep of pics into buds as I could get.
When she is ready I'll flush for 3 days and give her 24-36 hrs darkness. Putting a dehumidifier in there tomorrow to try and drop as much as possible, staying around 45 RH now
